BLOOM 🌸 | May 28, 2023 | We haven't done this beautiful yin practice for a long time! I did it mid-day, not in the evening, but that's okay since it's a relaxed Sunday and this just set me up to fully enjoy this day off. I snuck in the left hamstring stretch that Adriene forgot because I needed it. Feel super zen now! 🙏

I found your yoga classes at a time that I needed it most. I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in June 2021 and I knew that getting back into yoga would be an essential part of my healing. It wasn’t too long after that that I found yoga with Adriene. You are inspirational, down to earth, and you find a way to make the hardest moves simple and comfortable. Thank you 🙏

Hi :). I suffer from extreme anxiety which has been developing for years. I am only 21 yet I struggle to go outside and enjoy life. I wake up every morning with the same feeling you get before you go into an exam room. It is worse at night as my mind is constantly going and I can not sit still. But then I saw one of your videos flash up on my youtube feed. I was intrigued by yoga and I have been practicing to your videos for a month now. I have started your 30 yoga challenge and I honestly can not thank you enough for all the confidence and relaxation your videos have given me. I practice this video every night and the first time I tried it, for some reason it made me cry so much and it was as if I released a tonne of stress and I slept like a baby. I didn't even wake up once and I normally wake up three of fours times. I even went out for a meal with my boyfriend yesterday and I haven't done that in a long time. I didn't panic once I just smiled and relaxed it was incredible. So thank you so much from me and from everyone else I see commenting on your videos who you have helped. Thank you :)

+Lois Walker Hi Lois. I have had depression symptoms, mainly SAD, but have experienced anxiety for years. I'm in my 40's now and wish I had discovered yoga, meditation and mindfulness years ago...mediation is another "limb" of yoga, there are 8 in total and Asana's, or postures are just one. Have a look at some of the others, especially learning to meditate and calm the mind. I find it has helped me massively. Good luck and hope you find ways to manage your anxiety and experience the beautiful things the world has to offer.

I am 17 and am currently going through numerous doctors visits and blood tests to diagnose me. I am usually a very active person, doing all styles of dance, yoga, pilates and all however i may be at risk of having chronic fatigue and currently due to my low immune system I am suffering from sever bronchitis. Not only is this helpful in reducing the stress i feel due to this, but it is allowing me to have a full nights sleep without waking up in a coughing fit. I can not thank you enough! You have allowed me to find my 'zen' and leave my troubles behind for the duration of a half hour, and a good nights sleep. Xo

It is probably the best way to naturally boost your immune system, relieve respiratory stress and give you a good nights sleep with no adverse side effects. I had a better nights sleep the first night after taking it. Along with the yoga it will improve your overall general health. Check it out and try it. I don't think you will be dissapointed.

This video is absolutely beautiful. I have been following Adriene for a year now, and only now I’ve truly grasped the meaning of move like you love yourself. Take it slow, move with grace like a dance and just immerse in the tidal wave that is our breath. I cried as the thoughts came swelling up, unable to go home, the never ending lockdowns, missing families and worrying for them .. list goes on. But this 37 minutes of pure bliss helped me to put a pin on my thoughts and really focussed on myself. As always, you’re my saviour Adriene ❤️ never stop spreading your joy to this chaotic pandemic world that we live in now.

Amogha Chandrashekar I totally agree with TKnbyWind, the first 2 minutes or your entry into this video that is suppose to support relaxation are quite the opposite. You do seem very energetic ( which is great) but it shows a lack of consideration for the subject- which is to wind down, get ready for sleep. Mellow tone of voice and dim lights, as a suggestion to another video.

I don't normally comment but this past week or so I have completely devoted my life to my body and the practice and I feel spiritually, physically, and emotionally complete. I didn't believe the benefits of yoga and I didn't believe that checking with my body could relax me and enable me to do things I'd normally give up on. What I love about you is that you talk about quieting your mind and listening to your body and doing what feels good for YOU, not just ensuring that the pose is done "correctly," something that a lot of yoga teachers lack. Also, I love that you're always making comments about how it's ok if you're not at the level you are at yet, and that it's ok to be less flexible or less able to do some of the positions. You also mention how people have different body types and that may affect how they do the positions, which is so great. You're like a therapist as well! Thank you so much for your amazing videos! I feel so good after each one. You have gotten me hooked to yoga for life!

NOTHING WOULD WORK. i decided to do yoga because i heard this would help you sleep and it did! i never felt so tired in my life! i use this everyday now because it works for someone who has insomnia. i even fell asleep on the yoga mat. this truly helps me. thank you ❤️

Thank you so much for what you're doing. Not everyone can afford fancy yoga studio, and expensive teachers and being able to practice Yoga with a such good teacher as you're, here in UA-cam, with so many choices of practice of this quality, it's just amazing!
    Than you again REALLY. =)

MMMMmmmmmmmmmmm such a yummy practice it has been 6 months of practicing yoga with you and over 7 years of doing guided meditation with you. This is one of many favorites night practices that you have done. You are funny, kind, fun, sweet, resourceful calming and adorable. Keep it up and one day I dream to practice and chat with you in person.
thanks so much for all you bring to the Yoga community

I've been practicing this set for 4 years, and I start falling in sleep on the tenth minute of the practice... This workout is magic: Adrien's voice is so soothing and calming that the body relaxes immediately. And today I had especial fun : I was wearing red pants looking exactly the same as Adrien's. Many thanks and gratitude from Tatiana, Russia

I am thankful that I came upon your video for a bedtime yoga sequence after a hectic day with a six year old son, errands, the cleaning, cooking , the stress from a washing machine which has broken down on me after 7yrs of usage, totally unnecessary stress I know. I couldnt thank you enough as not only your video was easy to follow, it was relaxing and your voice was so soothing. You happen to say the right words at the right time and at one point nearly brought me to tears. So thank you again for this. Much love from Malaysia.

So relaxed now. I did this first thing in the morning today. I am doing most of the Love Yo’ Self February 2018 videos. I’ve had to skip a few due to other obligations but try to get 5-6 days of yoga each week. I feel so much better after each yoga practice. Thanks :)

Adriene, I always forgot how effective your videos are. Now I shall gather every ounce of strength from my body and force myself to practice your yoga moves every day. Thanks Adriene!

That’s amazing Francis, Adriene has helped me enormously not just keeping me bodily fit but also making me have a positive attitude to my life especially when I’m feeling low. I have always saved my favourites so if I don’t like a calendar day or it doesn’t suit me I go back to one I loved and it makes it fun. I think it’s wonderful that this terrible pandemic has brought us together and helped us both 💕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇨🇷 Yes, Happy Day !

About 5 years late to the party but I am really glad I found this video, because it puts me in the mindset of self-care. It gives me the excuse to put on nice, comfy clothing that isn't just my work outfit. After doing this, I take the time to cleanse, tone and moisturise my face, something which only takes a few minutes, but on any other night I would not afford for myself. I can go to bed - without drinking, at a reasonable time and have a sound sleep, with no headaches the next morning. Grateful for this video, it teaches me to have compassion for myself.

Thank You Thank You for this... Did this routine for the first time last night, after discovering and using your channel for the last month... It was just one of those days where there's something wrong but you cant quite figure it out... And as I started with this routine the tears just started flowing down my cheeks, dripping onto the mat. I continued crying for almost 15min into the routine. Was such good release. I just allowed it to pour from me without holding back or judging. And then I fell asleep immediately after. Much love and adoration for what you do here... It was amazing to finally discover an online teacher with whom I could connect, who had good quality videos and who always reminds you to maintain the integrity of the pose. Thank you for every single video!

The day got away from me and this is the video I chose tonight. I wanted to do a more power yoga sequence, but why do that when you feel emotionally spent and exhausted. I needed restorative. This practice looked relaxing and I needed to let go of the day. Lots of noise in my head when I started and slowly it melted away. Now, time for bed. I am grateful for these videos so I can create a yoga journey that is my own. Thank you for being my guide.
