- I hope you enjoyed this challenge run! I tried to come up with a unique run but that's pretty difficult this late into the game's lifetime and the fact I'm not very good at Elden Ring doesn't help either haha.

Should have picked up the Golden Mask when you talked to Cohren in Altus. It boosts all Golden Order Incantations
I did this challenge on accident because I thought holy damage was good through my first play through, and I didn’t realize how bad it was till ng+

On my first char I did a faithbuild and didn't want to go above level 160 and thanks to Malekith on NG+3 I lost over 10 million runes. Real tough for holy dmg to deal with.

Doing something similar but with the erdtree guardian set and treespear/crucible knight and siluria spear. The Treespear is actually quite good, performing much better then i expect it to

My first build was a holy build, I ran the golden order greatsword and all holy incantations. It sucked absouloute ass since everything was resistant to holy damage but I didn't know that at the time and just thought everybody was strong as hell. Still had a great time since holy things in elden ring are always fun to use
I would recommend carrying Golden Order Seal in your off-hand.

I really loved the poise change for greatswords, i hated using them in 1.06 but in 07 they're just so much better for such a 'small' change

I appreciate the effort you put in. I have a similar route through new playthroughs to get physick, early seeds, whatever weapon I'm aiming for and the upgrade stones for it. Honestly it's such a damn chore to grab all the shit before actually starting to progress storywise. I always enjoy playing the game, but the startup now that it's not a "new experience" is pure headache.
The ancient dragon cult is Acceptable, because they use it to protect Lyndel capital and in the games words "all that is golden is part of the order" and from the gravel stone seal "The worship of the ancient dragons does not conflict with belief in the Erdtree. After all, this seal, and lightning itself, are both imbued with gold."
