You say God bless... where was god to protect these people? They had horrible deaths, and all you say is "god bless" wtf is wrong with you? You keep believing in a god who seems to stand by and let it happen, and then you pray for their souls. This has nothing to do with God, it has everything to do with mentally ill humans that have no boundaries of right and wrong. If "god" was so perfect... how'd we end up so messed up? Go ahead... say free will and tell me "God" has no power here... it just proves god is NOT all powerful. 99% of historical wars have been in the name of god. How can you explain the biggest killer of people have been due to a religious belief. We see it now in the middle east. Kids heads cut off because they are Christian or anyone who doesn't follow a certain belief? Explain YOUR god now? Please, tell me how this is his plan...😂

Though different motivators and that is part of why Zodiac was never caught. Z tied up victims only once. He changed up his game. Like Son of Sam, they didn't have the same motivators.
BTK made more than a few mistakes probably because like this one, the motivator was the targets. Twice, children were in the home and once a brother. He was watching but desire made him impatient.

    • @sara_387
      @sara_387 3 дні тому +4

There were two routes that LE arrived at BK.
A vehicle was identified by FBI from footage around the crime scene and also the WSU campus. WSU officers then identified BK: by his car, his physical description through his licence, his vehicle had a single PA licence plate at the time (single plate on the suspect car, front and back standard in WA and ID). His phone records were later obtained and tracked with the footage of the car.
BK and his father later drove his Elantra from WSU to the family home in PA.
His father's DNA was obtained from the trash, compared to the (ISP lab obtained) STR from the knife sheath, and through paternity testing was not excluded (established) as belonging to the suspect's father.
Running parallel to local LE investigation, the FBI conducted IGG research on the SNP profile (obtained from the knife sheath DNA in a private lab). IGG uses SNP profiles that have been voluntarily provided to databases, building a family tree with distant relative 'matches'. Much of the work doesn't involve DNA, but actually looking up births and marriages and filling in the family tree.

On November 29, 2022 two WSU officers identified BK, one through the registration of the vehicle, the other by physically locating the car in a parking lot, then running his licence plate.
It would still take a month to access his phone records and confirm his identity with DNA, but during that time he did also leave WSU and drive to PA.
It seems the confirmation that the IGG came back as pointing to him moved things along (possibly Dec 19).

Ok. Say someone's framing him and it's a coincidenc about the car make & model. Why is he in the kitchen of his parents home taking his DNA out of their garbage and putting it in the neighbor's garbage? Is that just a weird quirk he has?
And lets forget about his phone pinging there, because there's people who say that is not good evidence, but apparently it was in the arrest affidavit- that they've got his phone pinging there many times before and and on that night. It's going to be hard to convince a jury. It wasn't him unless they come up with another person. That's what they have to do, imho.

I’m not sure if it’s true, but it was rumored that BK suffers from visual SNOW, but either way on the wall of their living room near the staircase there is a neon sign, just before Dylan’s room… Kohberger probably got blinded by the neon sign and didn’t even see her standing there or perhaps she was just peeking through a crack in the door either way, I don’t think he saw her. I think he was concentrating on getting out of there and where he needed to go to get out, but he definitely could have been blinded by that neon sign… also as far as his DNA getting on the sheath, he had gloves on, but I believe that his gloves ripped open while snapping open the sheath and that’s how his DNA got on the snap… as a kid, I had a leather bracelet making kit . The snap was very rough leather and every time I snapped open that bracelet it rubbed my skin on my thumb that I developed a callus from it. I would not doubt that he ripped the rubber glove on the leather snap. So if the prosecutor is reading these messages, I think this is important information to know.

because its court TV and they sensationalize everything but I mean isn't one of the fathers who is very outspoken the one who first released such info to the public. Nonetheless, obviously he had been stalking the victims and house but the question is if the prosecution has any evidence to prove that and if they did that may hinder them I mean if you have a victim who seems to be "targeted" it doesn't make sense to go in a house where multiple people live as that would draw unnecessary attention to yourself and this is why the people in the interview said he went to that house with the idea that all households members would become a victim and the would be victim simply could have lucked out only from the fact that he was trying to leave the scene quickly which could be a reason why he drove so fast leaving the area because he knew he was spotted and was probable shocked to find out that no one was alerted causing him to be bold enough to go back to crime scene to find out what was going on or to find his knife sheath.

He was almost assuredly wearing gloves, but DNA can still be found in sweat (sweat has dead skin cells in it typically). So it wouldn't be unreasonable to think he was sweating as he as was mentally prepping to commit the crime and wiped his forehead with his gloved hand. When he's actually inside the house and goes to open the sheath, some of the sweat transfers to the sheath where he opens it. The sheath would be mostly clean except for where the sweat transfer occurred. As far as I know, they never said exactly what substance was found on the sheath, just that it matched his DNA.
There was a case where a gloved hitman left touch DNA in the form of sweat on the AC button of the car of the murder victim. I can't find exact case, but I remember it from FBI Files.

Love Chris McDonough and his channel, "The Interview Room"

    • @glamdolly30
      @glamdolly30 3 дні тому

Why does Court TV invite dirty ex-cop Chris McDonough onto its channel? Chrissh McDoofus is a proven crook, liar and charlatan, who tried to frame three children for a murder they did not commit. The man has zero integrity or credibility. Frankly his inclusion on any true crime panel is a stain on that TV channel's reputation!
Anyone unfamiliar with McDonough's seedy past need only Google his name for details of his leading role in an appalling and deliberate, near miscarriage of justice - the murder of 12-year-old Stephanie Crowe on January 20th 1998.
Thanks to McDonough's corrupt and unlawful interrogation techniques, the victim's teen brother Michael Crowe, and his friends Aaron Houser and Joshua Treadway were wrongly accused of the murder.
McDonough subjected the three innocent boys to hours of gruelling, psychologically abusive interrogation, during which they were deliberately isolated from their parents and had no access to lawyers. They were indited on murder charges, and pre-trial proceedings commenced.
McDonough applied his normal approach to 'solving' the crime ie, rather than keep an open mind and be led by the evidence, he decided from the start the boys were guilty because Stephanie had been stabbed to death at home in her bedroom, and there was no forced entry to the house. He then built a (flimsy) case to fit his view. McDoofus concluded, without any actual evidence whatsoever, that it had to be an inside job by the victim's elder sibling and his pals.
Thankfully a year later Stephanie's blood was (very belatedly) found on the shirt of her actual killer, transient man Richard Tuite. And then the full, shocking story of the bungled murder investigation under Chris McDonough's disastrous leadership, finally emerged.
Killer Tuite had not only been seen in the Crowes' neighbourhood on the night of Stephanie's murder by multiple witnesses, he was also reported to police by several neighbours for his strange and aggressive behaviour. Tuite, was clearly under the influence of drink/drugs, was yelling threats of murder, knocking on neighbouring front doors, and trying various different ruses to get inside residents' homes.
A police officer who attended that night in response to the 911 calls, briefly looked around and noted that he saw a door next to the Crowe's garage, close. This was a clear indication that someone had just entered it. The officer could not see who closed the door, and despite the earlier 911 reports of a transient male trying to enter houses, he did not investigate further. The cop left the scene at 9.56pm, reporting that the transient was 'gone on arrival'.
Stephanie was stabbed to death by Tuite in her bedroom between 10 - 11pm. There was no forced entry - Tuite got in through the unlocked door next to the garage. The policeman had witnessed the killer enter the house - and missed the opportunity to arrest him, and save Stephanie's life. She was found dead on her bedroom floor by her grandmother next morning at 6.30am. bloodied from frenzied blows with a 5-6 inch bladed knife.
Police briefly took Tuite in for questioning, fingerprinted him and took various items including clothing, fingernail scrapings and hair. They did only the briefest interview with him, and crucially failed to do a background check. If they had, they'd have found he had an extensive mental health and arrests history. Tuite was detained for a short time, and released. Under Chris McDonough, the investigation turned away from him, and focused in on entirely the wrong suspects - Stephanie's innocent brother and his two equally innocent and bewildered friends.
Tuite's shirt had been collected during the first days of the police investigation, but thanks to McDonough's arrogant certainty that he'd solved the case and nabbed the three teen 'killers', the garment was not fully tested until a whole year later.
Those poor boys (and their families, one of whom also lost a child to murder), needlessly endured a living hell, fully expecting to die in prison for a crime they didn't commit. Only due to the solid dna evidence proving their innocence, which emerged so crazily late due to police corruption, were they finally and fully cleared. Charges against the boys were dropped, and Tuite was convicted of Stephanie's murder.
If Chris McDonough had had his way, Michael, Aaron and Joshua, three totally innocent men, would still be locked up in prison today, for a heinous child homicide they had nothing to do with. I wonder how those three men feel when they see their former tormentor presented on TV shows like this as a respectable voice of true crime and justice?
After that disgusting scandal McDonough should have been kicked out of the police force in disgrace with no pension. Instead he was allowed to quietly retire, with his reputation - and fat pension - intact.
It is a measure of the man's enormous ego that he launched a post-retirement career as a true crime media 'expert' - despite his shocking and well-documented history of corruption and failure, and his notable lack of talent as a 'broadcasshter'!
Is this really the calibre of true crime 'expert' guest, Court TV is booking these days??? Get a clue, Vinnie!

Im only a few minutes into this. So if they cover what i say just ignore this, but how in the world could his DNA only be on the snap? I have a knife with a sheath that i carry once in awhile and my DNA has to be all over that thing because just from handling it. The snap would be the only thing he touched if it was on his belt just so he could unsnap it. You dont have to touch anything else. But if he did have it on his belt then he had to grab it then undo his belt and then slide it off and then hold it with two hands to unsnap it. Doesnt make sense to me. C

The lab would have been trying to find a single source DNA from the perpetrator.
The snap is a perfect spot where only the perpetrator likely would have touched.
Leather can be difficult to get dna from as the chemicals involved in it's production can hinder testing. Additionally, as it was in the bed, contamination from the victims can make it difficult to isolate the DNA. The lab wants a 'clean' profile, not mixtures.
