Great video man, I used to love this game as a kid. So much fun. I used to love browsing through the indie game section of the store and finding awesome cheap games. So many great memories. The Xbox Live 360 days were truly the Golden Age of gaming. Always miss it.

I remember always seeing the little "murder miners x coming soon" message on the Xbox 360 version of the game back when I was like 13-14. now I'm 19 and seeing them still working on it is surreal, and I'm so excited for it. Awesome video man got me on a hell of a nastalgia trip.
Same man me and my buddy grew up on 360, specifically with indie and other games like it (like castle crashers and battleblock theater) there were lots more besides this that were great indie games, it's depressing to think many of them are lost to time because they shut the marketplace down, oh well tho.... such is the way of these things.
Dude I never miss an MMX update video from JForce, the more I see from the updates the more I think "This is the New Halo." As in the new Halo that doesn't absolutely suck. MMX is everything 343's last 3 launches wish they could be.
I found out about this game when Tomato Gaming made his 3 videos on it Primarily the 2 videos with Shoe, Max and Entoan The videos got a lot of views for 2014 and honestly showcases how much fun the game can actually be.
Fun Fact: Murder Miners is available on Xbox One as well, in case you have modern hardware and want to play it. EDIT: Don't even compare MMX to Infinite. Infinite got ONE delay and it wasn't anywhere near enough, Hell Infinite should've been delayed till 2024 given its current state. Also apparently MMX only has TWO developers working on it, meaning two people are making a game that looks like a better Halo game than the entirety of 343 did with Infinite. My point is MMX's Delays are justified, two devs working on a next gen sequel understand the need to delay the game till it is ready. Infinite's lack of delays essentially killed it. Infinite needed several more years in the proverbial oven, because what we got and what we have is not anywhere near what a Halo game should be.
I believe it's on steam as well, can't wait for the next one and I follow their youtube page from time to time. Still enjoy some halo infinite but I agree, wish it were complete upon release. That was probably my last chance to convince my friends to hop on some custom games with me.
@@brycemallumakopp Dude get your friends on Murder Miners X when it launches, odds are it'll be a little buggy, BUT what we've seen proves that it'll stomp out Infinite in the quality and gameplay departments.

Great video and I agree. Noone is talking about this game anymore or the sequel coming out either. I miss xbox live arcade. I still play on xbox 10 years later but xbox doesn't do the arcade anymore and I miss it. Yes there are indie games on xbox. Tons of them but it was easier to find and play with the xbox live arcade section. One of my favorite games of all time murder miners who got overshadowed by castle miner z

The ridiculously UE4 graphics & lighting it has throws me off, the old game gave me a genuine scary vibe because of the grimy oddly detailed graphics.

Murder Miners is top tier. Been waiting for MMX for years but it'll be all worth it when it comes out
