- Brandon Love shows you how to overcome objections when pitching sprint phone connect then ties the $100 Visa promo card into bundle packs for the devices!
One thing I never do, is approach customers loudly, especially in such a small area like the sprint store (even though ive never worked specifically for sprint) I feel like the best salesman I ever met always seemed to do 3 things. 1) Smile a lot. 2) Speak in a soft tone 3) LISTEN very carefully and hardly EVER break eye contact. that's what I do and im a selling fool.

Eye Contact

Smile

I never was good at role playing but was always the best rep at almost every store I’ve worked at.
Man. Dude wasn't even paying attention to the customer. Too funny
The watch compliment was so fake and forced. I'd see right through that shit if I was a customer.
Right. Its such an ugly watch even the guy wearing it knows it
😂yup
this is just horrible super unrealistic!
Sell the device first people....find out what they like in phone, what they use most, how heavy of a phone user they are....sell what the customer wants, but also balance budget. It can be tough, but establish a quick connection first. Then when you find a perfect phone, get them to the counter, do the app then discuss rate plan. Lots of good things here, but every salesman/lady is different...find your groove...also every region is different...demographics can be a factor in how you sell the device.
this is how NOT to sell right ?
Thanks for this I am currently with total by Verizon and I just happen to be on UA-cam searching for some good sells tactics. You guys did an amazing job at role-playing. 😊
I couldn't stop laughing when he said I got another deal for ya 😂 I do the same at work
No one is comfortable in this transaction. There's too much distance. Close the gap. However, he kept pushing and I like that he didn't give up.
That's a weaak ass sales pitch.
at 00:36 the way he says "oh" and taps his fingers on the counter is funny asf .
Lmfao old comment but still funny
He was like “oh cool, yeah anyways”
The watch comment was so Fake , if an employee told me that i would walk away instantly
Tony exactly what I said
Tony the point of why he pointed at his watch is because he trying to figure out costumer needs and wha options he got even for his watch
I’d love to see that
Nayelli a that’s the point. No one wants to get stuff shoved down there throat
so cringe
Bruh....horrible you'd be fired.
Returned. Line cancelled

This came off as way to pushy. It reminds me of a door to door salesman. First things first, genuinely care about your customers. Talk to them and get to know them. After you have a basic understanding of their desires then you can offer recommendations on things that can actually benefit them. This guy sounds like someone who cares more about his wallet then his customers.
Jessica Crawford thats ALL salespeople
Should have not worried about the cellphone breaking it was a ok attempt but didn't create enough urgency. He should have positioned it as a convenient solution.. If you WOULD have had this product you WOULD have had a phone once you moved into that new home 😊 but besides that we all know during times of emergencies like storms when the power goes out the first thing to go dead is our phone battery wouldnt you agree? This has a back up battery to insure you can stay connected with emergency responders and family in times of NEED. I'm sure that is something you can agree with? That's just my opinion I could be wrong 😊
I just want you to know that that’s all we care about. I’m a salesman and my jobs is SALES. I got bills to pay to you know. But yeah I get what you mean, he’s not that great at sales and you can tell he’s a rookie.
@@Deku_38580worse than a rookie lol
Whats insanely bizarre is that these customers go into the store for service. Its walk-up city. And Sprint still crashed!
I have to find my customers at Targets and Walmarts. I close them, don't get me wrong. Its just this is so bad; if only he got the same training I did. And the rest of Sprint. Their sales teams would crush it.
You just know this guys a top seller at sprint. He’s the only one working there because if this is how they’re teaching you guys to sell you’re all broke.
Selling that house phone was hard to watch lol
tell me about it.😂
I personally didn’t like the transition to the phone after he already picked out the phones, he didn’t even discover the need for a home phone. You got to get to know your customer before pitching that.
It’s Destiny where do you work!? Would love to hear your best practices.
SPRINT IS TRASH! I WORK FOR VERIZON!
Your approach at the beginning was okay. You were a bit too repetitive when welcoming the customer. Sales pitch for the house phone was TRASH. If the customer is saying he isn’t interested in the home phone, you acknowledge him and pitch for the accessories. In fact, just mention the total of the phone and accessories like they are “packages”. How essential they are to use.
I’d get a job at this store just to have you as my sales leader just to call HR on how ass your sales pitch is
Hahaha good damn, I thought my pitch was bad.
I like the way he did the bundle pricing..
True bundle offers are key
Terrible ...just terrible...poor transition. No enthusiasm, terrible body language, and influx in voice.
"Let me ask you a question" terrible.
Coding student here..I applied for a cellular help desk position and have an interview next week 💯
good luck brotha! the wireless industry can be rewarding!
@@brandonlove4310 Landed a cellular rep help desk job...good media 💥💯💢
That sales pitch for the home phone could use some work
Right off the bat I can see his eye scanning him lol and he’s constantly nodding his head which is rushing the customer to finish a sentence just so he can reply with oh I love your watch lol
Yeah guy isn’t a very good salesman
Trash.. i run a cell phone company.. terrible qualifying questions... Less is more
All tht push for a sprint connect? In real life he would have said, "no!"
Good way on over coming the objection w some scenarios.
Felt hella awkward watching this guy
idcemail123 lowkey but u Csn tell he was nervous too
Oops wrong video! I was looking for a Verizon sales pitch!!
I think when he was trying to sell the home phone thing he was moving to much and didn't seem genuine to the customer.
He was a little to pushy. Just be friendly and let their first experience be smooth and less personal. So the next time they are more comfortable Colin back in. Just my 2 cents. He spent forever trying to sell this product. Script
Its better to be pushy then friendly a good salesman automatically assumes the sale
Lol you forgot which phone was for him, you said “I’ll” instead of “we’ll” do it for free you mentioned you have a time share people don’t wanna hear about you bro! And you were so obvious that you didn’t care about the watch “sounds good” is what you said once he explained what watch it was
No… your suppose to say I and always I. Personalize it and make them feel you are specifically granting them something due to you just being nice or whatever.
I thought the time share joke added a little light but he shouldn’t have kept it going for as long as he did 😂
This makes total sense, for Sprint customers. Hahaha poor guy.
This was painful to watch. the guy wasn't listening at all. The customer was hot but this sales guy is just talking trash. maybe he was nervous Idk
Lol how do you know if he get that zero down lol lol
you are right. would have to run credit first.
He should've done his fact finding upfront in his initial rapport phase and kept asking questions as he was showing phones. The guy already had a check stapled to his forehead on for the phones transition bro move on to were the sale really is which is the home service. That he didn't ask for . If his wife cared what phone she had she'd been there. Spent too much time on that galaxy sale.
I would have already been offering
Accessories and protection for the phone
I hate going to sprint because they talk to much
It's a set up! He's setting him up.
He said no 3 times I usually stop bitting after 2 no's
3 is usually the sweet spot. but if you can spark up a conversation and find another solution for the customer. why not?
Sounds way too robotic like he has an AI in this ear telling him what to say. Also, you don't have to say" let me ask you a question" before asking a question, that gets irritating quickly.
Leave the “let me ask you a question” at home bud. I start my sales position next week. I know nothing about sales but I do know that if you say “let me ask you a question” the customers going to answer your “question” at a different provider. Who in the fuck says that. Ask them the question buddy. Be more personal. Start off with a nice greeting, notice the man’s ring? Ask him how long he’s been married, how many kids? Then follow up on that. Or compliment him on his car/truck and go from there. If they’re wearing a specific graphic shirt make a conversation on that. FIND COMMON GROUNDS. With that watch comment you could have created a whole conversation with the man on watches and what kind of technology he likes. Could have lied and acted like you have interest in watches, would have made the gentleman more comfortable. Also, don’t be afraid to use there name during the whole transaction. For example. Find out there name, create distance and let them browse your selections and while you’re at a distance act like you found a good match for them and call them over using there name, act excited. This creates almost a friend to friend connection. Be more energetic and engaging like you really want to help them out.
Fake it till you make it
They should re-title this video how to scam a customer and convince him he is getting a good deal. Sprint employees=scum
where is cringe hedgehog when you need him?
Bad salesmen
Too pushy
It's impossible for this to be useful because it's clearly a role play and not in touch with how a real conversation works between two adults. Who the fuck starts things off by offering to help someone come further into the store to "get out of the sun"?!
It’s just being friendly like hey it’s a hot one out there let’s go inside where it’s cool
Cringy AF… I show this to my reps on how not to pitch… smh 🤦🏽♂️
Scripted. This is awful
it’s a roll play sir.
bugging lmao every scenario in the book
I couldn't take the shoes serious
This is why sprint sucks hahaha
How's Brandon Love doing?
Got fired shortly after this video was introduced to the next training class at corporate
doing pretty good sir. how are you?
@@brandonlove4310 great! thanks for asking! Glad your own time is still ticking.
Just another bs sales pitch!
This is bad lmao must be at a C store.
Guys they are skits
He doesn’t understand supply and demand.
Lmao
this is comically bad
This is a horrible example of how to sell… stay away from “ummm”
Holy fuck this is bad.
Not impressed lol
come to a real wireless carrier, we'll show you how its done
