I pitch the bundle when I know they’re getting a phone. Then as soon as I pull that sticky film on the iPhones back I’m confirming we’re still doing this and put the screen protector on and case they picked out and put it in the customers hand (before I’ve even transferred old phone). After this it’s locked in then u just mention the charging block and put it in the bag at the end of the transaction.
That’s the way to do it! It makes it harder now that accessories are only $0 down at $99 or less and are 12 months instead of 24. But honestly all of it still applies.
@@Galerius_Prime I work for Verizon so we can’t even finance accessories. I just memorize the sales tax and tell them it’ll be about 250-260 in store today fully dressed.
@@Galerius_PrimeI was let go from training on the 5th day even though i couldn’t login and setup my yubikey to access my curriculum. I even put my manager on the phone with IT. He said they’re not helpful. Is that fair?
Simple plan and cool Most people who walk into a phone store either are looking to buy, switch upgrade ... As people we have an attention span of a goldfish 3-5 sentences is what we are able to comprehend and stay focused on plain and simple ... * most popular deal and phones * packages best fit for client * throw in add on After that let them " customize" or tell us what is best for them from their break down the best deal for them in the best way you feel they will be comfortable with... its not that difficult anymore plans are pretty set try to keep the savings towards the end if they are chippy tell them about auto pay buy one get ones, net flix ect... so that you really draw them in over all however be kind clear respectful 1st of all because we should 2nd of all because we want repeat customers and we want word of mouth to spread to others from them ... Keep it simple don't try to look come of as a sleazy salesmen befriend them make them feel welcomed
Hi sir um so I bought a new unlocked phone and I transferred my T mobile sim card to the new phone that I just bought but the internet connection not working how can I fix this ?
Did you call customer service or visit the store to do a sim transfer or did you just put the sim card in the new phone yourself? You have to have t-mobile transfer the service from your old phone to your new phone otherwise it won't work. If you did have t mobile do a transfer, if the device is not compatible with t mobile towers, it won't work on our network, despite it being unlocked.
plumbers mechanics facebook amazon.. youtube/google! and the world in general is all trying to squeeze the most value out of you every chance they get.. don't be mad when it's more transparent than usual and you actually have a choice of what you're paying for. A good salesman will give a great experience worth recommending, and these two seem like knowledgeable, honest guys. The kind you'd be lucky to find if you visited a phone store!
