Honestly, this comment should have been highlighted. It surely helped me a lot. I had to stick with alternative exercises aside to using house properties. I will say it once more, it helped me a lot.
(Note: I had to improvise my resistance bands to using recycled bike tubes)

I don't know but for some reason after performing the bent over rows i felt a lot more stress on my lower back rather than my upper back .I also checked my form in the mirror which seemed fine. I still can't find the reason.

I really love how you make sure to speak slowly and to enunciate clearly, and use no music. It helps a lot when English is not one's native language, more so when learning a lot of new terms. One thing making getting into fitness hard for me as an absolute beginner is not understanding all the jargon yet. And at my age, learning simply is harder than it was when I was 20.
Loved the tip to try an exercise the wrong and right ways first to feel the difference, that will really help in learning all those moves, which for a beginner can be overwhelming.
Also, your style makes it easier for me, as an autist, to stay focused. So, thank you for not rushing, thank you for not being loud, thank you for keeping distraction to a minimum.

I live in a small apartment on the second floor. Having 2000-4000 pounds of weights up here is out of the question. But, resistance bands, yeah... I can do that. I've been using bands for nine months, and I've gained more muscles with them in that time span than I have with weights in the past 43 yrs. I've received more insight from your research on bands that have aided me in my weight training. I appreciate the time you put into you videos, and look forward to seeing more in the future. Keep up the good work... and thanks.

@@tarreemhacaruso2687 i really enjoy them. Been working out for about 20 years, and these are a very functional way of training. I feel like bands workout the tendons and ligaments in a way most other routines cannot. Its very cost effective also. I have noticed that i have a lot more energy and speed, over doing something like heavy sandbags that would have me exhausted for a few days. If you are not into the idea of bands you could try indian clubs, sandbags, mace, or kettlebells for an alternative for home workouts, they all have pros and cons depending on your goals. For those sorts of things i usually go to onnit.com but i have been on straight bands since nov 1st and have no complaints. Shipping is way way cheaper for bands over stuff like kettlebells.

@Cameron Bodsworth I was heavy into fitness at one time so I have kettlebells and other bands weights and stuff. I did a lot of stuff from home at one time and then joined a gym when I wanted to start lifting heavy. I had a little one almost three years ago and giving birth wrecked havoc on my body. I decided last month to start working out and my body has started changing immediately. But my workouts are wiping me out. Plus I get bored quickly. I stumbled upon James Grage and I liked the bands for variation. Plus I don’t feel as wiped with the small bands I have even though I love my dumbbells. I’m impressed with his use of the bands. I think I’m going to purchase them. Thanks for the website link. I appreciate it.

I've been using tube style Resistance bands all my life and recently purchased a set of undersun resistance bands and I can strongly attest that they are way better than tube bands. As I am writing this my quads and hamstrings are really sore from a leg workout yesterday something I haven't felt for a while when I was using tube bands. His TA2 is really convenient for people like me who travel a lot not to mention that the bands are super convinient when it comes to packing. Over all a great product.

Brother, this is one of the best exercise channels for sure, it has helped a lot! I also like Athlean-X but I think I prefer this one due to the extensive work with bands.

Thanks for taking the time to explain the little form details. A great refresher for me. For those with a weak door frame put the anchor on the side of the door with the hinges. Pretty common in an apartment.

Thanks for the sentence with maximum involving muscle fibres because many people still tell its one muscle, like Pectoralis etc... but it's about tut Exzentrik parabolic strength increase and full range of motion

Your tips on form are just fantastic. Honestly, it feels like in every one of your videos I have at least one "Oh my God, WTF" moment. In which I realize why I was struggling with a certain movement or muscle just because my form was (sometimes just slightly) off.

I just heard about your story, which is very inspiring. I take every day as if it was my last, because it may very well be. But at least I’ll go out looking good, thanks for the video I appreciate all the expert advice ! I watch all your videos, and I love resistance bands. I’m surprised more high schools have an incorporated this but it seems better than to blow your body away using free weights. I don’t know just my opinion !
