    I'm an over the road truck driver. And have no time to get to the gym or any way to get to one. Decided to change my lifestyle habit for the better. Started myself on a diet, I'm doing yoga and now I just picked up resistance bands. I'm looking forward to incorporating them in my workout. Thank you for the tips and videos.

      Bands are a great way to bring resistance training anywhere. I brought them on business travel and used them in hotel work-out areas....also, bring a jump rope. I have developed a 40-minute circuit work out...54 exercises, 9 exercises x 6, 35 seconds 10-second rest. 3 cardio, 3 resistance of any kind, and for any part of the body, 3 core.

    I had knee surgery back on May 13, 2021 for a tear of the Meniscus left knee. I am going to physical therapy. I have already complete two weeks of therapy twice a week. I just watch the video and enjoy it.

    Thanks for your concern for people who don't have access or time to go to the gym. You have created an awesome and almost seated version of back workout. I'm 56 years old post menopausal women looking to strengthen major muscles for healthier and pain free aging. Plus I want to slim down a bit. I'm over weight.

    as an 81 year old person, I enjoy these resistant videos because the tension and resistance can be adjusted very easily in order to limit possible injury.

    Nice collection of 10 exercises ... have seen some of them only here and nowhere else! The best part is that we don't need to attach the bands to a doorway or to a pole. Enjoyed doing a few of these while watching ... thanks!

    For #9 Seated Pull Backs, I felt my triceps activated more than anything else.

      Two adjustments to try out
      1. Bend your elbows a bit more
      2. Focus on pulling the bands with your elbows instead of your fists.
      Give it a shot!

    I found this video very useful! I have shoulder problems due to subluxations and thus I cannot train with exercises such as pull-ups but thanks to my discovery of elastic bands through this video, I can now train my back in a safe way. Thanks!

    Amazing tip for anchoring the bands on your own feet. I have been so frustrated in watching other resistance band videos only to find I need to anchor the band to a damn door for most exercises which I can't and wont do. Thank you so much for showing this technique. Great demonstrations too. Look forward to watching this channel's other videos.

    great content, thx for these anchorless exercises. I have a door at home but It is really old and I dont really trust it. I rent too and a door flying on to me would be doubly horrible so I dont want to use an anchor. Thank you for these they help a lot!

    Great video, I am using these at home. If I could add one thing with the Good Mornings section. I think the best way to describe a good morning is to shoot your hips back and hinge at the hips. I think bending at the back gives the wrong queue's for this exercise. Anyways, liked the video!

    During all of these excercises two things should always be on your mind - breathing properly and head position! I used to compete in bodybuilding and I saw too many people that are making a mistake while working out - head position is critical especialy with these excercises even with an elastic band. For an example with excercise number 6 - hold your chin straight, looking straight in front of you. Many have tendency too look down, to look at the band or their feet. That`s wrong. Advanced athletes use head movements in that excercise, and many others, (often when lifting big weights) but most people shouldn`t. And one other thing - I always say that the best thing for overall health is combining weight training with other activities - my favorite mountaineering or hiking ( take care of you aerobic capacitie - that`s what will get you going even without weights). Only weight training (especially with big weights) will most likely cause injury eventually (look at ex pro bodybuilders - all have problems and health issues). I stopped just in time with huge weights but have always combined them with aerobic excercises! Weights are great, they are necessary as you get older but combine them with proper eating habbits and other forms of activities and you have a winning combination.
    These videos are great, the team know`s what they are doing and are great in explaining excercises! Now that`s important beacuse there are too many wrong explanation`s out there. Great job in educating!

    Nice picks you have but personally for some of them I find hard to isolate my back from my shoulders so just the back would work... Im always with an eye at the mirror to keep a good body position and changed the bands and for some of the exercises I just can't isolate good enough my back from my shoulders...any advices please?Thanks and keep up the great work

      Hey Mark, thank you for following our workouts! We will work on a longer length video for you. The main reason we haven’t is because we use a DSLR camera and the recording time is limited to 29:29. But we can just put a 1 minute break in the middle so we can hit stop and restart the recording.
      What length of time are you looking for? 30, 40, 50 minutes?

    I'm so glad I found you guys! I have a gym membership but it's difficult to get to the gym on work days because I have to be there by 6:45 am. I can do a workout at home before work now without having to get up at 3:45am😂

    thanks for the vids iv been doing your 20 min upper work out every day plus 20 min swim plus 20 min run do you think ill see much resolts from that i want to get in better shape before i hit up the gym

      I think you should see results from that. I’m not sure what you’re nutrition looks like but it appears you’re getting after it pretty hard!
