The fat is actually extremely nourishing for keeping insulin at bay…protein and fat are the logs of the fire…it slows down the glycemic index so you’re more satiated and less hungry and more nourished. ❤😊
I tested these without the added coconut oil first, but the protein powder really dries them out, so the mouthfeel isn't pleasant without the added oil. (My kids wouldn't eat them until I added it!)
@@mancarefaur8567 there’s a really great phrase. I like, “don’t count your calories, rather make your calories count.” :) Something that’s really helped to me is to eat clean, Paleo. High fat and high protein, use Stevia instead of conventional sugar. Smart leaf brand is really good in the powder. if you balance blood sugar and eat higher fiber and lower glycemic, it’s amazing how you can eat satiated and feel full and have cravings. 😀🙌🩷
