Listen, sis, I was doing Suzanne Deason's yoga for weight loss but it is MOSTLY on foot and I have plantar fasciitis so bad. I looked up seated yoga and there you are teaching these wonderful stretches. My right hip has been giving me pop pop pops here and there. The stretching has so far, alleviated knee pain in my right knee and my hip feels so much better. I feel myself opening up and becoming more limber. I don't ever wanna be not doing this. I love it! Your energy is very peaceful and laid back, like me!😊
Only thing that got me out of bed and gave me the energy to go into the office this grey morning over here lol….and you must have a drawer full of pigeon variations. Always a new one for me to try 😊. Thanks as always 🙌🏾🙏🏾 🧘🏾♂️

I did this twice yesterday! Once in the morning and then before bed. It really helped get some kinks out from my Monday strength training workout 😅. I felt ten times better. Thanks so much!
