- In this episode we work on trying to get Ratmaro's interior together. Keeping this a low buck build means getting creative. Can we inject some luxury and style into a rusty rat rod race car?

Thanks, and thanks for watching!
Best one yet! Love the headliner, it was a great idea. The floor look good man, great use of resources!
Thanks so much, appreciate it!
I really enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for sharing👍🏼AL
That’s awesome, thanks for watching!
Great video mines been on and off sitting since Graduation year 1984. Putting it together when I can 👍
That’s quite the on and off period, best get on it. Thanks for watching!
I'm liking the ol' Ratmero more and more every show. I was actually coughing while ya removed the roof "stuff" Frikin' YUCK! AND, spit my wine out over your Caulking gun ordeal. Too funny
That’s awesome, glad you’re enjoying it, thanks!
Pop back in a second. Classic industries… catalog. Lots of great stuff. Reasonable. Like door lock pulls. 🎉
I like free better!
Magnets, Pop, Magnets! They come in handy to hold up metal. Need strong ones that can be able to withstand movement/wont fall when drilling or tac welding
Funny, I actually have some…
My dad did same patch work on old Chevy trucks ! Whatever work we had no money
That’s right, do whatcha gotta!
The old ratmaro is starting to look pretty good.
Thanks!
Loving this build to, makes me want to build one to, these cars were a dim a dozen in my highschool years but cost thousands of dollars now i guess depending on what shape there in of course, ill be keeping my eye out for one now though after watching this great series
Thanks for watching!
You have done so much on your own and I give you a lot of credit. Keep up the good work I enjoy what you have done. I enjoy your video thanks 😊.
Thank you so much 😊
I live in Gwinnett. I can confirm that toe patch is solid. 😎
👍
Dude!!! Please put a disclaimer at the biggining of your vids. I chocked on a swig of water cause I just had to laugh!! Crazy guy!!
Guess I had better do that, don’t want nobody choking for sure! Thanks for watching!
🎉. Love the videos. You are the archetypal backyard car dude. For what you have to work with. Obviously on a minuscule budget. It’s as good as a lot of other people do. My complaints?? The biggest is safety equipment. You only have 2 eyes. Safety goggles are cheap. The sheets funny. But gloves eyes ears and lung protection is key.
Fair enough, thanks for watching!
I like what you do! New subscriber
That’s awesome, thanks!
If you want cup holders. Think about fabbing in a center console!! 1/2 inch ply is cheap and easy to work with. Cover it with that black wrap you have. Or just paint it black.. whatever.
Not a bad idea, thanks!
Actually I bought both right and left floors thinking I might use some of the metal from them to fix some small areas found later doing what you did here. I knew I would not need all of both sides but glad now I bought more than needed years ago during covid.
Yep, good call!
This is a two comment video. The old timers that got me into cars would refer to most of your car building techniques as “master phuckery”. Consistency is key! Don’t buy an interior kit, just keep robbing the Dollar Store. Better yet, give Hobby Lobby shot. Praise the Lord!!
lol…you bet! Thanks for watching!
@@hammersgarage my wife thought I was being a dick in my comment. You seem to take it for the humor that was intended. Thank you.
@@thefounding5879 I did indeed, no worries at all, I appreciate the comment!
Did the other viewers say the channel was similar to pole barn garage?
Haven’t been told that but I’m ok with it. Thanks for watching!
It needs a full interior kit.About $1500
Too rich for my wallet lol. Thanks for watching!
Where are those 1500$ kits
Next time use hex head self drilling Tex screws with washers attached.
Will do, thanks!
A person cannot get toe boards for a 66 Impala either. It’s a torcherous game of being given half the parts by manufacturers and then they get to watch the video on how you cope with it.
There may be some truth in that, thanks!
Oh I noticed you used hex head screws on the screen panel.
I used hex head self tappers
you should put the ratmaro dust into jars and sell them
Great idea!
