Home Owner's insurance doesn't cover damage caused by flooding, and even if you have flood insurance, it often takes years before the home owner receives a single insurance dollar to effect repairs. How or rather will entire communities rebuild following these devastating storms, is the question, complicated if most homeowners do not carry flood insurance. Even if you can afford to rebuild, will you spend your own savings to rebuild in an area that is a high-risk for storm storms and possible future damage, such as in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, etc. I think we will begin to see segments of coastal regions left as devastation zones, never fully recovering or being rebuilt. Add into that mix, insurance carries will even faster now begin to abandon what they perceive as High-Risk zones, refusing to offer any coverage in those areas, or the coverage they do offer has so many exclusions and small print enabling them to refuse to pay out claims for whatever reason, that the coverage will be largely useless.

Not to suggest the western capitalist system and corporatizing or privatization is great either. Or that military contractors and things like oil industry subsidies are helping us whatsoever- but when it comes to ‘finding’ or producing federal funds for this and whatever else, remember the US is extremely wealthy. I know this may be tricky to unpack for many of us US citizens at first, but there’s also decades and layers of propaganda, misinformation, disinformation, lack of information and such surrounding the topic of economics particularly when it gets twisted with political ideologies or even worse identity politics. And definitely there’s a reason why we are taught to believe Raegan era type capitalism is the only and best way….and that this idea of giving money to non Americans or paying for whatever is something that’s a burden on society. Corporations are the burden and their funding of lobbyists and special interests to practically shape everything we understand or more importantly don’t. From our exploitation of labor, to education, consumerism, resources and even encouraging climate change denial. And yes even your concern is definitely one that’s being played up by the current GOP as if it’s an us vs them spending issue. Take your time and read up on the more nuanced parts and asymmetrical or inaccurate economic ideas that many of us have become accustomed to seeing as something that’s far and away not actually how things work. Also don’t get mixed up by mythical ideas of some federal budget as if it’s like one of us dealing with a personal or household budget.
And many times there’s a lot of nuance and complexity that makes such a task overwhelming or boring- but again just take your time and dive into it here and there whenever. Thanks

Go back to Fox News with your stupidity.
West coast is the best coast.........East coast is the least coast
Yep, keep living in that earthquake denial zone. At least with hurricane we know they are coming. PS California dweller for 10 yrs with 2 significant quakes on my resume
We will send billions overseas but wont lift a finger to give financial aid to citizens who lost their homes.
Now y'all believe in climate change 😅
Not in Florida. DeFacist doesn't. It's a perfect storm of denial costing the people of Florida billions and risking their lives.
On the flat earth
What about the riots.
Zelensky just left with 9 billion
thanks Comrade
Time to buy cheap florida land
Good luck with that
Wheres Biden and Harris?
I guess I'll answer these red hat morons: President Biden sent millions of dollars to help the next day after the floods. FEMA is already there and the National Guard. Having them there depletes resources with security people etc.
And yes, the federal government is there.
GREAT JOB KAMALALAALA
!I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks or Crypto will be appreciated
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable.
Ruth Ann Tsakonas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Ruth Ann Tsakonas, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of
information can be a big hurdle. I've been
making more than $100k passively by just
investing through an advisor, and I don't have
to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my
finances remain secure. So I really don't blame
people who panic.
Without a doubt! Ruth Ann Tsakonas is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted based on thorough research and years of practical experience.
nice! once you hit a big milestone, the next comes easier. How can i reach her, if you don't mind me asking?
I think we need to seriously investigate these as weather weapons. Seeding clouds and thunderstorms has been a technology for decades. You think they haven't figured that out?
Wow, ur tinfoil hat is picking up the radar bands today
@@lindapereboom Why don't you jump back in your soccer van Karen?
@@lindapereboomFunny how the tinfoil is overwhelmingly correct.
I hope your joking.
@@travelingwithrick You just live a very narrow life where information is spoon fed to you. This technology has existed forever. Start with researching HAARP, and "cloud seeding.".. durrrr. Get educated.
