The moment someone tries to separate you from the details is the moment the red flag goes up and you should call out BS.
Nice
“Sounds like a serious problem. Here’s what I would suggest, pay money to take my class”
-Dave Ramsey lmao
I can already tell how this will play out. They will throw tantrum and refuse to let them see grandkids.
To everyone who donates to a church or ministries, this is where your funds go. Lol
Had to stop at 3:16 in just to messed up to listen to there non-problems, self-created BS.
Right? It's a simple solution. Just say no.
Wow! We don't have to tell you anything? But yet they come with their hands out? How arrogant.
"which part did you not here?" wait what lol
I would not only stop giving money but tell my relatives and friends to stop giving money too.
Ministry of Moocher 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Guardian of Grifting
And more CAROL, Carol, Carol!!!!!
Great had me rolling! Thank you 🙏🏻 Dave!!!!!
Someone needs to lay down the law...
Yes ma’am thank you. I think he just did
Typical Carol. Carol. CAROL. CAAAAAROL. PAY ATTENTION DINGUS.
I feel like there is a second side of this story. Something about carol's temper and attitude really throws me off. Either that or she is really fed up.
“Mom we don’t need to tell you what we did with the 14 grand you gave, we are adults”
"It's a psychological disorder. "
best. cutoff. ever.
Always such good advice Dave.
Bravo!
Did she assume Dave and the rest of the world suppose to know her son is in ministry?? Unreal
If your mom gives you money you need to tell her what you spend it on once someone gives you something they become your master
I wouldn’t explain to the 40 year old son why I’m not giving him any more money, just say no and don’t give him another dime.
Grown ups being children about finances. The problem stems from the parents always given them everything.
This guy needs a kick in the nuts.
You mean the son?
@@christinab.2864 😅
Why can't some people figure out how to speak into a telephone.
My cousin is a “minister” too who also has no job. He lives off his mother and recently asked me to help pay for his kids’ education. Guess what I said?
What did you say?
"Go (bleep) yourself"?
You are not allowed to print those kind of words. 🤣🤣🤣
I forwarded this to Mom regarding my younger brother.
Susan is now off the hook. From now on I’m using “Carol!” 😂😂
Poor Ross 😢
Worst phone call ever
Sounds like a mini tv evangelist, eventually he will need a private jet!
time for son to get a real job and support his family
Many a minister works another job to provide accordingly for his family. The guy sounds like a taker, and he's a preacher!? Tragic.
As a man in the ministry there were times I’ve had to ask for help but my gosh this guy burns me up. My help was to make sure during our struggles with medical bills for my daughter that we still had food on the table and a roof over our head. Ministry can be hard but I could never imagine buying Disney yearly passes or sending my wife off to Cancun if it wasn’t a mission trip
Tough love, serve it up when they are young, and this won't happen when they are older, Mom. Stop enabling, let them fall, they will get back up. It is not your fault, mom.
Same lady called with the same problem just right now. Amazing
Monetary grace is not a thing...financial irresponsibility is a thing and your son definitely has that!
"Ok which part didnt you hear?"
How are you supposed to answer that question hahaha??
She gave her son $14,000?! My mom wouldn't give me $100 lol.
What's worse is they have three sons and the youngest son wasn't even given $100 and is "underwater in debt". Meanwhile the middle son who is a missionary was given $14,000 and apparently is given money like that on a regular basis because you know he's "spreading the good word".
Absolutely repugnant.
You can't buy your way in the heaven, you know too bad too many people don't know that
Some people preach on the streets, some people preach door to door and some people preach in Cancun baby!
That’s what happens when someone doesn’t have to work hard for their money they won’t value it! His taking advantage of his elderly mother.
Dave's OK with him being a bum as long as hes in "ministry". I see lots of people on street corners with cardboard signs that are also in "ministry".
I think that the idea of a ministry is that people are supporting the cause of the ministry by covering basic expenditures so they can spend full time working on it. But I’m not entirely sure.....
@@insanedragongirl Yeah I agree. It just gets to be a blurry line because it can also be a convenient excuse for bums.
Carol has that new iphone X😂
Any iPhone will do that the ear piece and mouth piece are in different places
Hey! You are one of the best on UA-cam and good day to everyone!🔥🔥🔥
“They live in Southern California.”
Well that makes sense.
This sounds like a relative of ours. Never has a job, lives off other people and blows the money on holidays and tattoos. Then complains he’s broke. He acts like we are rich and will shout him everything and often just shops in our house to get things he thinks he is entitled to.
Ummm no, not on my watch buddy
Are you really allowing your neighbor to "shop in" your house?
