    So what is Komawari?
Paneling for manga is done in the same spirit of western comics: creating a smooth experience for the reader. “Koma” themselves are the panels. Komawari refers to the layout of the paneling as a whole, and its flow. From sandangumi to wakusen, there's a lot to cover in terms of manga techniques for paneling!
If you like these tips for paneling manga, let me know with a like or subscribe! Making a professional manga is a long road, and I'm happy to share these manga techniques.

Wow, and you're telling me this video only got 200 views? I'm not a comment type of guy, but what I just watched was SO useful that I now feel obliged to comment just to help promote this video. Thanks.

Thank you! I'm still a pretty small channel with about 2.2k subs. I also just got back from a hiatus due to moving. So I'm actually happy with the 200 I have for now. I appreciate your comment, hopefully the next video will do well too!

Never knew there were all these set shapes of panelling! Really interesting! I thought MFs just freestyled their frames.

Haha noooo they usually have a reason they make them how they do. The next video will have a lot more details on the specific panel types. 😂
