Crunches, Bicycle (or ab bikes), and Plank are excellent exercises for improving your core strength, shape and functionality. I love these exercises and I do them every week! HOWEVER, if you are doing them poorly you are not only wasting most of the time and effort you put into your ab routine but you are also risking injury (and pain in all the wrong places!)
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- How to activate and train the right muscles in Crunches, Bicycles + Plank
- How to avoid common technique mistakes that cause injury
- A quick + effective workout using these 3 exercises! (Perfect workout finisher!)
|| AB BURNER ||
Repeat 3 ROUNDS of the exercises from top to bottom WITHOUT ANY BREAKS in between each exercise. This means when you finish 30 second of one exercise you move straight into the next, You will be working out continuously for 4.5 minutes.
30 second CRUNCHES
30 second BICYCLE
30 second PLANK

Big yes to bicycle crunches. When I see people doing them so fast I always feel like I should do them fast as well, but when I actually do them slowly, I feel the burn more. But I really wasn't sure whether that was the right way so thanks for clarifying. I don't know why so many people do them in such a crazy manner lol. Like Chris Heria, he does the bicycle crunches extremely freaking fast.

Should the back be flat on floor or arched?
Please teach people how to do dips correctly!!! They call them dips in the US I don't know what they call them in Australia.
