Thank you for this video. My hubby has just changed the pump on our machine seems to be fine 🤞🏻. Without this video it probably would of cost us a small fortune. Thank you again and please keep doing these videos.

    Thanks for the detailed video.
We had a problem with a Cylinda FT 352, a machine with a bottom that looks nearly exact like the one on the video. It did not drain after a failed wash of a carpet rug that turned into pieces in the machine. Water stayed in the drum even if the filter was removed.
After blowing and sucking with a water-vacuum cleaner we decided to follow the video, with success.
It turned out the blockade was in top of the big black hose that goes from the drum down to the drain pump - a big fluff of carpet rug. In the top of this hose there is a round ball that acts as some kind of pre-filter, and the hair from the rug was stuck there. There is no way to reach this filtering unless you loosen the hose from the drum. No need to remove it from the pump as most of the crap that you get after the ball seems to logically wash down to the normal filter.
Also worth mentioning is that if you want to remove the bottom front plate like in the video but on a machine like ours, then there are brackets on the outer right and the left that you reach from inside that need to be pushed inwards. These are not shown in the video, I guess the construction is a tiny bit different because the movement there is just to remove the screw and push right, which you cannot do because the brackets.

Watched this 3 times, now ready to buy parts and confident of success. BTW this video is excellently made and not a single point that is difficult to follow. Really brilliant. Well done.
I'll come back after the job and let you know how I did. Also must say the pumps on your eBay shop site are very competitively priced. Thank you.

Thnx. Love this Beko WMD261W machine. It stands out in reliability, simple and efficient desisgn. And it can withstand an unbelievable ammount of abuse. I fill it up maximum for over 3 years now, it never let's me down. (just don't put a pillow inside......) But, it works again after seperating and cleaning the pump as you told to do. Thanks!

I was just gonna throw my machine out as it is stopping mid wash full of water, I did try an empty the water from the pump at the bottom but, there was to much water, it soaked my whole kitchen floor, but I will give it shot after watching your video, thank you!

My pump was vibrating, was working only after a small nudge, there is no ball bearing in mine but I have no idea how a big clog was inside the rotor, basically making it be stuck, cleaned everything up and now is working with no problems, thanks for the video helped me a lot

Thanks. This is the noise mine is making at only 2 years old. Its a prosmart invertor motor 10kg black WY104764MB. Its snapped 2 belts already and door seal is starting to leak and now the pump lol. My old beko was great. I gave it to my mam and its now over 7 years old and still going. If this breaks i will be getting the old model back.

He's a God sent but my case is a hit and miss. All but 1 program is working on my Beko which is 3yrs old and under use. One of the programs isn't rinsing, or draining, and gets over heated. Yet on all other programs it draining and spinning perfectly fine. The pump is clear, no code have been displayed to address any issues with the washer but I did notice that the 1 program, I can hear grinding noise. Any self help advice please?

I have Arcelik 8127 washing machine. It has been working well until last week when it broke down.
    The problem is as follows:
When starting any program, the machine starts intaking water for five seconds and stops and keeps so on up to fifteen times and then discharges water while displaying "SAFETY" message; and finally switches off automatically.
When starting spin program, the drain pump keeps discharging water and finally after 1 minute it displays "SAFETY" message; and finally switches off automatically.

Mine is the same model. It will only spin once I drain the bottom of it where filter is. There is no blockage in the filter. Whst do you think the problem could be? Could the pump be blocked at all? Cheers.

The basics of the machine have not changed for many years. The washer dryer still has the standard heating system on top with a condensing unit and an additional water valve. They're not difficult to maintain. Hope this helps you. Hi there, have the BEKO WM85135LW Washing Machine and it has been great up to now, but intermittently it will start the cycle to fill, and then just before it would normally start rotating, it then drains most of the water out of the machine. I then have to cancel the programme by holding the start button for 3 seconds, then it finishes draining and the cycle.
I then start all over again from the beginning.
    Any ideas please?
Great informative videos thank you, but nothing about my specific problem.

The water almost all emptied but there was still some left in the filter/pump. i may just be able to help you there,
Error Code E12 Definition: Washing machine has detected overfill.
This error code can be caused by oversudsing from overloading or by adding too much detergent.
The pressure sensor will read that there is too much water in the washer.
you could try flushing it on a rinse cycle first to see if this clears the error
      whilst the machine is empty,
or the easiest way of rectifying this fault is to drain all the water out of the machine, find the pressure switch on the machine remove the pipe and blow through it make sure you have the machine disconnected from the electricity Supply,
you also may have to remove the sump hose to get at the pressure Bowl to clean this out as well.

You are a repairer and make your money from replacing parts. This is a common problem with many pumps and can be TOTALLY SOLVED by simply cleaning the inside of the pump as you partially have. You don't always have to replace it with a new pump which can cost 150 quid.
