Good presentation "how to" - no distracting mindless talking, simple point with finger etc. very easy to follow.
Thanks mate
@@georgesworkshop8600 Yeh, so I took off the door seal as you showed, great. It has two wearout "tears" where the folds seems to have rubbed on themselves (design fault?). Anyway Beko parts come every quickly and not expensive (£40 with fast delivery).
After seeing your vid I have made a special tool to spread the door band spring (bit like external circlip pliars), I will be doing a solo install and a spring spreader should make this job go well. Thanks again :)
Today I managed to changed the rubber sealer with help of my 12 yrs old boy. Thanks to your deatiled video we managed to save money of 300 +EUR which was asked bv Beko company technician . All went good putting back the second ring to the rubber was challenging but we did it with help of my mother+12yr😅.Thanks alot again for sharing video's like this very useful and detailed video
I’m glad to hear that you could fix it. 👍
I don't know what I would do these day's without youtube and beautiful people like you that are posting diy videos, thank you very much for this video, I've just completed the job and your instructions couldn't be more clear 😊 thanks again 👍
Hi Tom,
I am grateful for all feedback and glad if I could help with my videos.
My goodness I’m glad I found your video . Saved me so much hassle when I changed my daughter’s door seal. Thank you thank you thank you.
Thanks Kevin! 👍
Good stuff 👏
Thanks James
It’s taken me all day but I fixed it yippee. I have saved myself a small fortune by following your video. Next time I need to remember to put detergent on the rim of the drum before attempting to put the seal back. 🤦♀️
Well done Sarah
As I sit on my utility room floor cross legged watching your video I th k you from the deepest well of my heart! Legend!
Thanks Chris, I hope you fixed it!
I did! The retaining spring (outside) was a pain in the backside to get back on but I persevered and it's been fine@@georgesworkshop8600
Fabulous! Followed your instructions to get the seal out.. now just gotta wait for the replacement to arrive, and hope I can fit it and put it all back together again 🤞
Big advice for any ladies out there.. put your underwire bra's in a bag before putting them in the washer!! 🙄
Hi Pauline,
I hope you can successfully complete your mission. It isn’t a mission impossible 😉 let me know if you finished
@@georgesworkshop8600 any tips for getting the last wire spring on the door? Really struggling to get that one last part back on.
Not an easy job, but would have been impossible without your helpful video, thank you!!
I know 2 hands isn’t enough, I have asked assistance. Well done 👍
Need to replace the seal on mine, this model is very similar to mine so I’m feeling much more confident knowing I’ve got this as a guide. Thank you very much!
Hi Liam,
Good luck with it, you will be able to do it. Minimal difference could be, but any major.
When you return the springs extra hands will required.
@@georgesworkshop8600 fitted it yesterday. Video was almost a carbon copy of my machine so it was incredibly straightforward. I’d have managed without the video but it would have taken me about 6 hours rather than the 1 hour it took me thanks to you… Amazing!
Thank you for your feedback! Good job! If you like my video I would much appreciate if you could support my channel. Many thanks!
Great vid, exceptionally clear. Thank you so much.
Thank you
Thank you u
You saved me you don't understand how much 🙏🙏🙏
Hi,

Massive thank you George, this video has been of immense help as I needed to change my seal and door. I really appreciate it.
Hi Lockie,
Thank you! I’m glad
Thank you 🙏
👍
Great video can’t thank you enough, saved me £70
Hi Richard,
I am happy to hear that.
Thank you so much
You’re welcome
Great video thanks. saved me a good bit of money. Definitely need an extra pair of hands to get the second clamping ring on. 👌
Hi Micheal,
Sometimes I must involve my wife too, if 2 hands aren’t enough.
Merry Christmas
Great video. Followed it step by step. Only trouble we had as putting the first ring we took off, back on, was so tight, but we did it in the end.
Well done!
What did you do as I cannot get that first ring back on it feels to short
Monday I will be receiving the rubber sealer which I ordered for Beko WTV 7712BLS hope that, too same way needs to change the rubber sealer.
Good luck, maybe will be better if you have extra hands around to hold the springs when you will return them. I get used to ask for help too
Thanks for that video it really helped. But what a ball ache I was trying to put the rear spring on without taking the front off then found your video.
Hi Craig,
Glad to hear that you found useful my video.
Thank you
Thank you for your feedback! Good job! If you like my video I would much appreciate if you could support my channel. Many thanks!
Perfect
Great video thanks. Very helpful can I ask where you got the replacement door seal can't find that model on line. Subbed 👍
Hi Sean,
Sorry for the late reply, I get used to buy parts from ebay. Use your washing machine model number by search.
Thanks but finding it so hard to put final spring on
I know, many times I must ask for helping hands.
The front band is driving me insane every time I got to pull it on it makes the rubber come off 😖😫
I used a screwdriver it’s still does the same thing.
Any tips it’s a beko.
Hi Colin,
I presume the rubber isn’t on the right place, this is why the ring could push it down the sealing
@@georgesworkshop8600 no it’s all on correct I just can’t get the outside ring by the door to keep it on it’s on with the rubber but can’t get that metal band to get on without pulling it off in other places…
Just had a friend help me and still keeps pulling off the rubber every time I try and put it back on…
Does the door HAVE to come off?
Wishing myself good luck as I'll be trying this tomorrow on my own. Fingers crossed I manage 🤞
Hi Zahraa,
Door needn’t to take off while you clean the door seal. Use thick bleach
My tear in my seal is right at the bottom, think I could just rotate the seal so the tear was at the top?! Save myself £30
Hi Dan, it depends on models, but on the most have holes to release the water. If you turn upside down the water will remain there and cause bad smell. Also, the shape of the seal seems round in the most of cases, but if you remove it may you can see the unique shape and not available to turn around. Good luck
