You can but if you really want great results, you do need to increase the amount of weight you are lifting. By building lean muscle you will burn excess fat and get beautiful lean, shapely arms.
I don’t want big arms. My upper body is naturally larger than my lower body. I want slim looking and lean arms, almost thin. Can I still do these exercises?

Only way to slim it by toning and losing weight. These exercises will build you some good muscle development

High volume with heavy weights and eat your protein. Do this with consistency and intensity and you'll be huge
