Thank you for your learning videos I am a one-handed woman my left arm and hand I cannot use my left hand and arm very well I have no rest born without a wrist so I can't grasp underthings so when I use the pulleys at my gym I have to use an ankle wrap and I wrap it just above or the wrist is supposed to be on my left hand so I can use both hands at the same time my right side is completely stronger than my left side getting back into shape after being in a wheelchair for almost 2 years I lost my abs my six-pack that I used to have getting back into shape amazing the people that work out there and the trainer's I can't afford a trainer but they come around and they just watch me because a lot of the machines I do with one hand on my left arm gets tired my left leg just below the knee has metal in it and I have a metal ball front ankle call or visit so I do squats differently than most people have to do things differently to build muscle mass back thank you so much for your advice videos I enjoy them God bless

I loved these cable abs exercises but my gym is crowded every single time, while these exercises need to occupy more room/space/area. Thinking about lying on the ground, doing the cable work in one side is disastrous coz people like to urge to use the other side of this two-sided cable machine or even a third person would want to use the handles above of the same machine for pull ups at the same time....... and some people are always trained in groups which they always block the way for these exercises...
Been wanting to figure out a way to add weight to the lower abs, focus on training abs like the other muscles with progressive overload and do a lot of hanging leg raises but find my lower section is lacking compared to my upper abs, do you find this works really well or do the hip flexors try and dominate? Obviously focusing on using the abs and rotating that pelvis as opposed to driving the legs with the hips of course but still curious

It has to be your form. Be sure to engage your abs before even starting the crunch. And maybe add more weight but be sure to only pull the weight with your core

To answer your question, your body will take fat from wherever it decides, whether you do 1,000 crunches and side bends or none at all, specific body point exercises won't necessarily reduce fat in that spot. Do your regular workouts, train the areas you want to improve and diet. Always remember that diet is 80% of the results. ~ Shane

Ashlynn Schrock and the sad thing is I do planks and they say those will get ya some abs. They do but not to what I was expecting . I was never expecting a 6 pack, but damn it when you eat right daily and get really not much for it, it sucks.
