interestingly, some of these concepts actually have been implemented: Lem's Tankietka A strangely is conceptually very similar to what have Germans come up with in XX century (start of contest for light tank in 1970s, start of use in Bundeswehr in 1990s), which is known as Kettenfahrzeug Wiesel and is used up to today! Lem's Tankietka B is also strangely conceptually very similar to what have Russians are trying to come up with recently - just unmanned instead of crewed and with anti-tank guided missiles instead of machine gun! and these two are just out of top of my head! besides that - basically some of these guys were ahead of their times or at least ahead of what could be produced reliably in their times and situation.

I find it bizarre that there was no mention of absolute waste of space that was Jakimiuk which wasted Incredible amount of resources just by virtue of being the most senior designer. Pzl 50 was wasteful, conventional piece of garbage that should reuse as much of parts of pzl p.11/24 as possible, but out of his pettiness he didn't as those where created by late and somewhat great Puławski. During the war he didn't even do anything unlike other polish designers that got scooped up by Brits and Americans, only to pop up in France with his ridiculous rocket powered interceptor that got smashed by mirage.
Polish line of thinking was very French align when compare aviation projects. It was a mess in concept and design. Still, they try to mix the predicted trends with French conservatism... and few were quite decent.
