I will be using this recipe! At tip I learned from other blueberry confections: toss the berries with 2 tbsp of flour and that will keep them suspended in the batter so they don’t all end up towards the bottom
Edit: Also, I loved your editing, printing the ingredients in imperial and metric, then speeding up to show the technique. Thanks so much!
