What kind of demon possessed Gumiho in the first 2 games? He was playing at an unbelievable level, no mistakes, clinical Terran, I need to see more of that Gumiho
it seems like... GuMiho knows he doesn't have the APM to stutter step - so he doesn't! all his micro is focused on targeting banelings instead. He doesn't try any doom drops, just stays outside of the creep so he'll have the time to react & pickup whenever.
Not even counting his siege usage, truly the most efficient Terran I've ever seen

The first two games didnt make me feel extremely annoyed by terran units. That's a sign that someone plays well.
Felt the same way-I'm mildly annoyed by Terran units and I hate that about myself, but he played SO WELL
Yeah Gumi did have a fire series, although it felt like sometimes Solar can drop the ball against Mech. Infestors make that comp so much more dangerous... I mean there was no Ghost Academy...

The Viper yoinks in this first game are an unmitigated disaster. Everytime he pulls more than he has the firepower to kill, just wasting energy. Sometimes even pulling Ghosts when he has NOTHING to kill them, so they just Snipe the Vipers. Like... why?

If you removed Gumihos name from the first game I would have thought it was Clem playing. That was peak performance from Gumiho! Truely a master of Bio and Mech when he wants to be.

Question: If there was a tournament that was vs A.I. would you say the person that won the majority of those tournaments is the best player in the world? The answer is clearly no. You can only judge the best players in the world based on their competition. Maru clearly has the most gsl wins in the history of gsl. He's the best player in the world right now. Idc how many "for the rest" tournaments someone wins. Those that have a record winning the most prestigious tournament in the world deserve leagues above the others in consideration for greatest of all time.
