I’ve lived in Texas for 3 years and I’ve been working in New Hampshire for 1 year and I absolutely love it here! I’m moving my family up this weekend.
I’ve lived in Texas for 44 years….and I’ve wanted to move to NH for years.
I have been living in TX for 32 years, now I have been working in NH since July this year and love it especially in the fall, it's absolutely breath taking, but TX will always be my home. At one point, I'm thinking of maybe get a small vacation home over here, but everything is just so expensive.
Omg I LITERALLY have been debating between these 2 states for some time!!
His info wasn't that accurate
I lived in TX for 3 years.
Moved up to NH and lived here for 3 years.
NH better for sure. But Texas was really good too.
I moved to Dallas area two years ago. I hate it. The traffic is horrible. There are ZERO outdoor activities. Every time we attempt to go into Dallas, we pass an accident. The heat is unbearable for 4 straight months. We are moving to NH before the 2024 winter. Can't wait. We have visited several times and love the endless outdoor activities and the four seasons!
Also are you gonna do a Tuscan Village in Salem drive tour when the place is finished?
Check out this video, it's almost complete. ua-cam.com/video/A-VzSzwEZvE/v-deo.html
I lived in both states..You said the temp in Texas rarily gets over 102.. I call BS. The year I lived there, the temp was over 109 for 60 some days in a row.
This is like comparing apples to pineapples....just too different , and more like opposites.
Debating this ...we live in Southlake TX...been here 22 years but feel like a move back North East is what we are needing now. Feel free to send us more information
I've lived in both. I like it here in nh better.
It always frustrates me that in comparing two states as in this comparison, facts are ignored. A point was made about the hash winters in New Hampshire, but not one word about the hurricanes, tornadoes, severe droughts and water shortages common in Texas. For once l would love to see a video showing the bad things like Extremely high home insurance rates due to all the bad weather Texas has. Or the number of seniors that dead each year from Sever drought and Hurricane damage.
Why? You already know.
Biggest problem for me trying to move to NH is the housing pricing....but coming from upstate New York I'm hoping it's not too much of a difference....
Stay tf in ny
Moved from Canada to New Hampshire because I’m tired under living under communism, have no rights at all! And wait for it…. Taxed so much there is no point in trying to get ahead!
You can carry a gun here, conceled or open, in nh with no permit; last time I was in Texas, I'd heard you still needed one.
Wrong. Constitutional carry has been the law in Texas or more than a year now.
@daviddavidson9923 that's why i said last time I was there, Dwight Schrute.
I was there in Texas well over a year now.
