    Look at U, your edits are becoming quite precise congratulations. Additionally, your aerial and residential views are pivotal in making these smooth n easily to understand along with your explanations 👌. The average attention span of us humans is 8.25 seconds so I've been warned no one has listened as long as my video so like me maybe a part 1 n 2. Nevetheless, sometimes u r just feeling it so I get it but you're very easy on the eyes making it a to stay. Very thorough n I finished sugar bun lol😁. keep 'em going. KE

    There are many people originally from the Midwest and Northeast living in the DFW Metroplex. They know how to drive on ice and snow. (There are not many long-term residents of DFW.)

    I am planning to move to Plano, Irving or Dallas. But afraid of winter storms and tornadoes. Can you please inform, how do folks deal with these conditions?

      Winter storms have been getting worse lately also more tornadoes… not all areas get effected by tornados but heavy wind and hail can be expected many times throughout the year. Sometimes it’s damaging sometimes it’s not

    I just got back from Plano I just don’t know if I can find house me and my family like.
    You did talk about it architecture of the houses I just don’t like any of them. They just look super weird to me.
    We like more modern contemporary I just couldn’t find anything like that.

      You will find most of those in Frisco, McKinney and nearby areas Plano mostly has older style homes with just a handful of modern styles which don’t hit the market that often. Plus inventory is low in Plano. If you need help and don’t have agent reach out! There are many options nearby

    Dallas area will bankrupt you if you're a new home owner. Due to high property taxes and extremely high homeowner insurance. Make sure you check this before you move there. Because it costs more than most states. And they assess your house every year in Texas to raise property taxes. Since they have no income tax, they compensate it from property tax.

    Hi, what do you think of the Lewisville/Flower Mound area?

    • @lifeindallastexass
      @lifeindallastexass  2 роки тому

      Those areas are also good picks! Depending on what your top priorities are. They’re Well established cities in the center of the dfw metroplex so tons to do all around

      So would everyone else. Dallas used to be an engineering town and inventions in the 1950s and 1960s created an enormous amount of wealth and jobs. People in other states figured out we had jobs and moved in by the millions.
