I love New Hampshire but better be ware it is extremely expensive with everything particularly housing costing substantially more; and, the more the house costs you upfront the more it will cost you in taxes to live there every year. Moreover, it tends to get dark and cold in the winter. On the plus side, it one of the seven states with no capital gains tax; and, its history is compelling for those interested in the birth of our great country. And of course it has its very own Ivy League College as well.

Bunkdom. Missed Newport, Lebanon NH with drug and crime rates equal of higher than Claremont. Berlin was missed. Continued economic depravation leading to higher crime rates. Conway isn't that bad.

The most dangerous place in NH is driving 101 west from Bedford to Milford where you're likely to be struck head on by someone crossing over the double yellow at 50 mph.

I am really surprised towns like Woodstock, Franconia, Lincoln, Albany, Twin Mountain, Milan, Berlin, Stewartstown, Pittsburgh, Warren, Clarksville, Columbia, Glen, Sandwich, Meredith, Epsom, Canterbury, Chichester, Boscawen, Salisbury, Andover, Northumberland, Stratford, Jefferson, Whitefield, Thornton, Campton, Wolfeboro, Bristol, Hebron, Jackson, Gorham, Berlin, Errol, Dixville Notch, Wentworth:s Location, Colebrook, Dummer, Rumney, Hart"s Location, Intervale, Tamworth, Canaan, Wilmont, Danbury & Warner are not higher up on the safest place to live list. I named 46 off the top of my head & could probably name 40 more if I was to look at a map. All those towns/cities have almost zero crime & I have no idea how they are not even on the list. Concord is the 6 worst now?? I live in Concord and I still walk at 2-3AM all the time with no worry of every getting robbed or assaulted, There are some property crimes and we may have one or two murders a year but we are close to almost 50,000 people now. About two businesses every 10 years get robbed & violence is rare & almost non existent. The only people who harass me at 3AM when I am out walking are the police. I am not sure how that list was compiled & I am not blaming or putting you down, I enjoy your videos, but the safest and worst cities list seems off quite a bit. They may have a few correct but they have a massive amount wrong. Nashua didn't even make the worst list and there is no way Nashua is safer than Concord.

I appreciate you saying how close the towns are to Manchester. My husband is interviewing for a job in Manchester in a few days and if he takes the job we would like to live in a nicer smaller town no more than 30 minutes outside of Manchester. We would like to buy a house but do not want to spend more than $400k. Sounds like that might be a bit challenging 🤔

This cracked me up! New Hampshire is a GREAT place to live. We've lived here for almost 40 years. Before that? I lived in Alaska. Before I lived there, I lived in North Eastern Oregon. No offense meant, but this whole thing sounded like it was a whiny review of my state. No matter WHERE you live? You don't like the weather? Wait 5 minutes.

My Nana lived almost the top on 64 Addison st,,, in 1973 my cuz and I got hit & ran over by a car at Addison st & Court st which is Rt 3 at a busy 5 o-clock traffic time. We made the local paper as we both almost died that day... Headline was "Two boys 15 Narrow escaped death at lake City" we were both on the same 20 inch bike... I was riding on the handle bars, well the chain came off part way down the very steep street and with no chain, it's no coaster brakes.... boom down we went...The house is long gone it's just a patch of woods now... I sure miss going there every summer...
