I had transplants put in over 20 years ago. Still happy that I had them done. Here’s a few thing that I’ve experienced with my situation. 1.I never felt 100 confident that my transplants look natural. Most people don’t know, but there are some that know what to look for. 2. Furthermore - you cannot harvest the donor area too much. Even on the first HT, he already needed some beard. Second one will be very difficult, third not possible. My own experience - the combination of HT and minox/finasterid are the real deal, BUT only skin applied.

Great results! I’m also thinking about doing a HT (Hair transplant). I had a receding hairline at 11 and thinning hair and you could really see the hair loss by 14 at the latest. I'm now 23 and my hair hasn't changed much since I was 17, just the corners a little. Otherwise my hair is a bit diffuse. I've been thinking about getting HT for years, would it be ok to do it at 24/25 given the situation? My donor area is quite moderate I think. I think a HT would be really life changing, especially because I’m in my 20s! My hair status is like 70-75 % from that guy in the video before his transplant here, I just got relatively big corners at the front. Thanks in advance!
Guys you don't need Finasteride, just do PRP regularly like 3 sessions every 3 months and you are good to go,no side effects and basically PRP improves your hair texture and it prevents hair loss, thickena hair i mean what more do one need? Combined with good diet and supplements you are good.
I had my first transplant about 10 months ago and am happy with the hairline but and seeing similar results to You “before and after” right at the end of the video. I have also seen other people posting about a 2nd transplant. Do you just think it’s typical that it takes 2 to get it right? I have read that full results could take 18 months but I don’t see that much is gonna change in the next 8 months. 2 transplants recommended?
I thought HT was useless for diffuse thinning?.....this seems like it worked out for you. I'm a diffuse thinner as well. But I'm scared I'm gonna get shock loss and just waste my money. This result gives me hope.
@@fsan5382 but I heard if you place grafts too close to native hair it can kill off the native hair permanently. Which is why most docs don't like doing transplants on diffuse thinners. But they seem to be getting better.

Interesting info. The thing I notice on most transplants is that the hairline just doesn't look natural. It's too bold, too straight, and too pronounced. That's what im afraid of. What methods are used to make the hairline look more "natural"?
had mine a bit over a year ago, i got a natural hairline and i felt they tid a really good Job. i Guess it all depends on the clinic. therefore it is importert to have most of all references and inormation from such as reviews and more. btw i hadde mine in Turkey- Cosmedica
Same situation as mine. But i believe without finasteride hair will continue to fall and i will eventually not have enough hair for coverage with HT. I will eventually shave it off. Great video bro
You are right, if someone needs a HT its because of there continued hair miniaturisation so adding in 4000 safe hairs will leave you eventually with just 4000 hairs on the top of your head. Finasteride will stop the other 40000 hairs from falling out too or at least significantly reduce the time they take to fall out by many many years.
If you want to keep the hair healthy, it is advisable to take PRP treatments after the hair transplant and to continue taking Minoxidil or Nanoxidil throughout your life. Minoxidil has more side effects than Nanoxidol.

if u take finasteride and do minoxidil for a year before HT ur results most likely will come out better bc ur existing hair will become thicker… some people wait to do HT and than get on Finasteride and minoxidil
That and along with prp hair injection itl be 👌
Finasteride and minoxidil only work as long as you're taking it. Once you stop, your hair keeps thinning the way it would before you started.
@@fsan5382 so don’t stop taking them 😂😂😂😂… i mean some people by choice choose to accept Male pattern baldness i respect that but being bald is not for everyone, some of us don’t look good bald…
@@JayJay-pj3ob it's a choice. Some men choose to take it to slow it down and others don't take it and rather have 2 or 3 hair transplants to correct the issue.

Very good job
I had mine 2 weeks ago. Iam 43 now. When they shaved my head to start the procedure i looked to the mirror and just said:woww, i look very nice with my hair shaved. My wife and family just told me the same. I look great with shaved head. Have you guys haver tried to shave and see how you look? Despite having done mine, i will not take finasteride and i will use my hair shaved.
I'm 43, just had mine done yesterday and had the same realization. . . . .I've always have long hair, but I actually look good with a shaved head
Amazing results !
May I know the name of the place where this hair tansplantation is done??
Nice results
I really don’t see the point of doing a HT and not taking finasteride and minoxidil. It’s like getting a tummy tuck or liposuction or a gastric sleeve and then just eat ice cream after the surgery
Get educated mate. Hair transplanted hairs are permanent, they don't fall or thin. He can get a 2nd or even 3rd transplant to fill in the rest
@@fsan5382 you get educated. what about the non-transplanted hairs in his crown that hasn't fallen out?
@@fsan5382 You need to get educated bud, hair transplant hairs are NOT permanent. Who told you that lie?
Furthermore - you cannot harvest the donor area too much. Even on the first HT, he already needed some beard. Second one will be very difficult, third not possible.
My own experience - the combination of HT and minox/finasterid are the real deal, BUT only skin applied.

Thanks for posting this. Im at month 4.5 and i feel this about where i am. It always looks way worse when you blast top down lights though and wish people would show that light too. Like when i go into kitchen and stand directly below ceiling light. My heart sinks.
Ive not had any work done and no idea how the hell I ended up on this video 😂
Anyway; the light thing gets everyone. Just incase you get paranoid that it will reveal a transplant, nobody else is looking brother 🤙
@@rsf886 appreciate the motivation to ignore it, but with hair transplants at this stage, its often very patchy and still looks as bad or worse than before the surgery. Not everyone has successful transplants so many of us at this phase are left wondering: is this actually working? The hairs are mostly invisible or transparent at this phase. So harsh lighting is a stab in heart feeling of wasting $14,000 usd and months of looking like a clown. 😂
in 3 operation .take grafts from beard .and close problem with crown ,forever . without any pills .there will be a slight difference in the thickness of the hair. But it will never become thinner and will not fall out
Yours looks great, I had it done in Australia, they made a mess of it , I had big bald spot up top, miss match of greys and darks , implanted hair grows in different direction than what it should , front receding corners grow upwards like devils horns. Afterwards I had a meeting with the surgeon (who btw treated me appallingly in our meeting) . I was picked on by my colleagues at work with how I looked so it was decided another surgeon would do a second surgery to rectify it , just before the second go the other surgeon said to me “ we’re only doing this because you were picked on” , they should do it because it was a mess! They did it sparingly and I am still getting sun burnt on top of head being still thin so I’m just making do with what I have , never want to go back to that company again . I take finestride but the doctors don’t like prescribing me the pills because they’re dangerous but I get them and take them anyway

I'm on day 7 & the scabs have still not fell off.

Imagine getting a hair transplant, going out with friends and being told you'd look great if you got a hair transplant. Lol.

@@HairLineChannel Understood. I am currently looking into getting a hair transplant, and I would be grateful if you could recommend a few clinics there. Maybe the one where you had your hair done? Thanks!
How expensive was the treatment?
How much did your hair transplant cost..???
Who did the work?
Looks good. Which clinic did the job? Most of the grafts were planted in the appropriate direction, which is key for a natural looking result.
This is from Vera clinic Turkey👌👏🏻
The Amy Grow herbal hair oil was not only making some hairs thicken up on my widow's peak but seemed to be strengthening my beard too. The maker is very cool too and offers rewards to their customers.
Simply a perfect oil for hair re growth.
I got my hair back in some months.
How old are you if you don’t mind the question ?
Guys you don't need Finasteride, just do PRP regularly like 3 sessions every 3 months and you are good to go,no side effects and basically PRP improves your hair texture and it prevents hair loss, thickena hair i mean what more do one need? Combined with good diet and supplements you are good.
How many grafts and where? It looks good man
Which clinic did you go and how much you paid?
I had my first transplant about 10 months ago and am happy with the hairline but and seeing similar results to
You “before and after” right at the end of the video. I have also seen other people posting about a 2nd transplant. Do you just think it’s typical that it takes 2 to get it right? I have read that full results could take 18 months but I don’t see that much is gonna change in the next 8 months. 2 transplants recommended?
Good on you!
These are very nice results. I would like to go where you went, please share the clinic you went to!
Is the day 1 the day of operation or the 1st day after operation?

I thought HT was useless for diffuse thinning?.....this seems like it worked out for you. I'm a diffuse thinner as well. But I'm scared I'm gonna get shock loss and just waste my money. This result gives me hope.
Shock loss isn't permanent mate.
@@fsan5382 but I heard if you place grafts too close to native hair it can kill off the native hair permanently. Which is why most docs don't like doing transplants on diffuse thinners. But they seem to be getting better.
@@MindOverMatter36 It won't. It's a misconception people have because of the temporary shock loss that happens from 1-3 months. I had shock loss and all my hair grew back normally. I'm 7 months post FUE

After all this time how has your donor area healed? I see in this video you still have some little white dots back there.
How many grafts was that and what did that cost? Looks great!

Phenomenal improvement.
Any sides from taking that much fin?
Don't tease. What clinic in Turkey did you go to?
This was your 2th transplant?
@@renatowarrens5552 yep
But there's still thinning spot on the exact same place even after a year? So what's the point of even doing the surgery
You should go for PRP treatment to increase your hair density.
Looks great. Thank you for sharing, do you know how many actual hairs you had transplanted, rather than grafts?
A graft is the follicular area so 1 hair per graft approx_
Interesting info. The thing I notice on most transplants is that the hairline just doesn't look natural. It's too bold, too straight, and too pronounced. That's what im afraid of. What methods are used to make the hairline look more "natural"?
had mine a bit over a year ago, i got a natural hairline and i felt they tid a really good Job. i Guess it all depends on the clinic. therefore it is importert to have most of all references and inormation from such as reviews and more. btw i hadde mine in Turkey- Cosmedica
Do u pay twice of u do 2 hair transplants? Or is it all included as one procedure to bill?
Same situation as mine. But i believe without finasteride hair will continue to fall and i will eventually not have enough hair for coverage with HT. I will eventually shave it off. Great video bro
You are right, if someone needs a HT its because of there continued hair miniaturisation so adding in 4000 safe hairs will leave you eventually with just 4000 hairs on the top of your head. Finasteride will stop the other 40000 hairs from falling out too or at least significantly reduce the time they take to fall out by many many years.
@@kylekeenan3485 each graft is 2 to 4 hairs tho. So he actually put 8000 to 16000 hairs on his head
Do u have to take the tablets basically forever even after the transplant
If you want to keep the hair healthy, it is advisable to take PRP treatments after the hair transplant and to continue taking Minoxidil or Nanoxidil throughout your life. Minoxidil has more side effects than Nanoxidol.
What were your side effects on the finesteride?
