Just got my transplant done in January, although I tried to tell myself that it’s just superficial and hair isn’t a big deal. It was a HUGE drain on my mental health whether I like to admit it or not. After recovering and almost 10 months post surgery, I look younger than I was in high school or college. Thank you Turkey!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
I had transplants put in over 20 years ago. Still happy that I had them done. Here’s a few thing that I’ve experienced with my situation. 1.I never felt 100 confident that my transplants look natural. Most people don’t know, but there are some that know what to look for. 2. Early on, I mistakenly told people about my hair transplants. This made me known for it, I did not like that fact and it took years to get rid of that label. 3. I still always look at myself and want more hair. 4. The hard truth is, In the long run, I don’t think it changed my life much. I can never be sure, but I’ve learned that happiness comes from the inside and it wasn’t till I realized this, that I was finally good with who I am.
Thanks for sharing this! I am fully sharing the same opinion about happiness - it definitely comes from inside, but it takes time and experience to realize it
I have a similar story, I personally feel the transplant at the juncture in life where i was in my mid 20’s helped me a lot . Maybe not like how they say “success “ in todays world liek it did not help me gain money or fame but it did make me feel happy and I no longer got the look at my hairline . I would say if you are you g and feel bad about the hair situation do what you can , meds or transplant etc it won’t have any axe deo effect but you will feel much better looking at that face in the mirror.
This is the best video I've seen over the last 5 years. I had my 2nd hair transplant 5 months ago, and am usually looking for some comparison videos on progress post procedure. People often don't show the crown, and the top like you did. You showed every angle. I know I have to be patient, but feels good knowing I'm on track, and what there is to look forward to. Thank you for sharing with us!
I've had the same procedure done, but it wasn't enough. Start looking into a product called " Irestore laser helmet" they're a little pricey but they have a 1-year money back guarantee, you will notice results within the first month. Apparently the LED lights generates hair growth.
People, open your eyes 👀 you can clearly see that the tonsure area has been thickened with additional hair!!! If you are completely bald on top of your head, there is no way in life that your hair will be as thick as it would be without hair loss, that is a fact and absolutely not possible!!!
Been on fin for around 4, maybe 5 years consistently now. 1mg per day. Can't say I've noticed any sides. Managed to make a fully healthy baby in that time and now have a second on the way too. Never came off it to do so. The horror stories may be real, but remember 1000s of people take that drug daily with no negatives, and just forget about it. Worth remembering before you give up on it completely.
I've taken 1mg finasteride daily for almost two years and haven't had any negative side effects. Unfortunately, you'll rarely hear of the people with no side effects when compared to the horror stories.
I took finasteride and it was horrible. Messed up my libido, thinned out my sperm, and messed up the quality of my sperm according to my wife’s OBGYN. He classified me as borderline sterile and advised me to freeze my sperm. I mentioned I was on finasteride and asked if I should stop it. He said yes but was convinced it wasn’t just the finasteride. Wife got pregnant weeks later. Then pregnant again after that.
I've been on it for 3 years. Experimenting with different doses to see what works for me. currently on 1 mg a day. Ive noticed slight side effects. Watery seamen, no morning wood, slightly less horny. But over all completely fine. And I got my gf pregnant while on them as well. I think all the side effects people talk about are mostly mental imo. Im so glad I went on fin and wish I went on it earlier tbh. It definitely has stabilised my hair loss.
I don't understand why he would get a hair transplant without accepting the fact that without finasteride, the rest of his hair will continue to fall out.

Great results! I’m also thinking about doing a HT (Hair transplant). I had a receding hairline at 11 and thinning hair and you could really see the hair loss by 14 at the latest. I'm now 23 and my hair hasn't changed much since I was 17, just the corners a little. Otherwise my hair is a bit diffuse. I've been thinking about getting HT for years, would it be ok to do it at 24/25 given the situation? My donor area is quite moderate I think. I think a HT would be really life changing, especially because I’m in my 20s! My hair status is like 70-75 % from that guy in the video before his transplant here, I just got relatively big corners at the front. Thanks in advance!
Yours looks great, I had it done in Australia, they made a mess of it , I had big bald spot up top, miss match of greys and darks , implanted hair grows in different direction than what it should , front receding corners grow upwards like devils horns. Afterwards I had a meeting with the surgeon (who btw treated me appallingly in our meeting) . I was picked on by my colleagues at work with how I looked so it was decided another surgeon would do a second surgery to rectify it , just before the second go the other surgeon said to me “ we’re only doing this because you were picked on” , they should do it because it was a mess! They did it sparingly and I am still getting sun burnt on top of head being still thin so I’m just making do with what I have , never want to go back to that company again . just a word of caution my friend, it's super difficult to get exactly 1 mg of fin using the cutting method. I couldn't afford it, so did this and this lead to gynecomastia and i had to have removal surgery. my advice, stop taking it.
I also had my first HT and was in a similar situation as you were after your first - some coverage, but overall felt extremely incomplete. Really debating on getting a second and final one to cover the crown properly and fill the rest of the frontal lobes. I had about 1500 fue for the first, seemingly ill need atleast 2500 for the second. Not sure if I'll stop finastride though - my brother (who doesn't take it) has much worse hairloss than I do. The second I get off of it I know I'll lose another 50%. Unfortunately it's a lifelong situation unless I decide to just shave it all off.
I did not take finastride and never will, the side effects is worse than losing some hair 😆 I just made my HT and been told I got 3600 on my hair line and front and I was not that bad to be honest. Why they put so little in your HT? Have you done in Turkey?

Get educated mate. Hair transplanted hairs are permanent, they don't fall or thin. He can get a 2nd or even 3rd transplant to fill in the rest
@@fsan5382 you get educated. what about the non-transplanted hairs in his crown that hasn't fallen out?
@@fsan5382 You need to get educated bud, hair transplant hairs are NOT permanent. Who told you that lie?
Furthermore - you cannot harvest the donor area too much. Even on the first HT, he already needed some beard. Second one will be very difficult, third not possible.
My own experience - the combination of HT and minox/finasterid are the real deal, BUT only skin applied.
@@adaptfulthey are if they're dht resistant hairs
Really nice results especially as it appears your donor area was not particularly thick to begin with. Good cheers!
if u take finasteride and do minoxidil for a year before HT ur results most likely will come out better bc ur existing hair will become thicker… some people wait to do HT and than get on Finasteride and minoxidil
That and along with prp hair injection itl be 👌
Finasteride and minoxidil only work as long as you're taking it. Once you stop, your hair keeps thinning the way it would before you started.
@@fsan5382 so don’t stop taking them 😂😂😂😂… i mean some people by choice choose to accept Male pattern baldness i respect that but being bald is not for everyone, some of us don’t look good bald…
@@JayJay-pj3ob it's a choice. Some men choose to take it to slow it down and others don't take it and rather have 2 or 3 hair transplants to correct the issue.
Looks good I would be happy with those results.
I had mine 2 weeks ago. Iam 43 now. When they shaved my head to start the procedure i looked to the mirror and just said:woww, i look very nice with my hair shaved. My wife and family just told me the same. I look great with shaved head. Have you guys haver tried to shave and see how you look? Despite having done mine, i will not take finasteride and i will use my hair shaved.
I'm 43, just had mine done yesterday and had the same realization. . . . .I've always have long hair, but I actually look good with a shaved head
Very nice result, congrats from Brazil 👏🏻
Obrigado!
Marvellous result !!!!!! ❤
Where was it done?
And how much was the cost?
Mine 2200 grafts cost 5200 euro.
My friend, I would get back on finasteride immediately. You will notice a crazy amount of shedding here in the next few months and it will make your hair transplant stick out very badly if you stay off of it. Basically rendering the transplant useless
Looks great! Where did you have the surgery done?
@@chistochel both of them in Istanbul
@@HairLineChannel Understood. I am currently looking into getting a hair transplant, and I would be grateful if you could recommend a few clinics there. Maybe the one where you had your hair done? Thanks!
Awesome time lapse video. Thank you .
Thanks for posting this. Im at month 4.5 and i feel this about where i am. It always looks way worse when you blast top down lights though and wish people would show that light too. Like when i go into kitchen and stand directly below ceiling light. My heart sinks.
Ive not had any work done and no idea how the hell I ended up on this video 😂
Anyway; the light thing gets everyone. Just incase you get paranoid that it will reveal a transplant, nobody else is looking brother 🤙
@@rsf886 appreciate the motivation to ignore it, but with hair transplants at this stage, its often very patchy and still looks as bad or worse than before the surgery. Not everyone has successful transplants so many of us at this phase are left wondering: is this actually working? The hairs are mostly invisible or transparent at this phase. So harsh lighting is a stab in heart feeling of wasting $14,000 usd and months of looking like a clown. 😂
Perfect fue trans. I wish i have enough money to fill up my very thinning hair, but i'll find a way
Great results!
I take finestride but the doctors don’t like prescribing me the pills because they’re dangerous but I get them and take them anyway

The Amy Grow herbal hair oil was not only making some hairs thicken up on my widow's peak but seemed to be strengthening my beard too. The maker is very cool too and offers rewards to their customers.
Simply a perfect oil for hair re growth.
I got my hair back in some months.
Looks great! Do you think this clinic did a better job then hair of istanbul? Which one do you recommend since you have experienced both?
hitting my 3 month mark as I write this ... I also can feel or barely see new hair being visible, but I am using Minodixile to speed up the process
May I know the name of the place where this hair tansplantation is done??
Looks good. Which clinic did the job? Most of the grafts were planted in the appropriate direction, which is key for a natural looking result.
How many grafts and where? It looks good man
Thanks for sharing, looks good!
Looks Great! Thanks for the video...
good results, happy for you bro.
I thought HT was useless for diffuse thinning?.....this seems like it worked out for you. I'm a diffuse thinner as well. But I'm scared I'm gonna get shock loss and just waste my money. This result gives me hope.
Shock loss isn't permanent mate.
@@fsan5382 but I heard if you place grafts too close to native hair it can kill off the native hair permanently. Which is why most docs don't like doing transplants on diffuse thinners. But they seem to be getting better.
@@MindOverMatter36 It won't. It's a misconception people have because of the temporary shock loss that happens from 1-3 months. I had shock loss and all my hair grew back normally. I'm 7 months post FUE

like what? please share
I have no sex drive at all .. i need to take viagra or other sex pills to have erection and hold it for long time .. i am still young men in my early 30’s .. i took the drug for 1.5 year
Had gyno .. my blood test shows hight estrogen and low testosterone , high prolactin all due to taking proscar
You should go for PRP treatment to increase your hair density.
in 3 operation .take grafts from beard .and close problem with crown ,forever . without any pills .there will be a slight difference in the thickness of the hair. But it will never become thinner and will not fall out
Great job 👏
Looks good. Congrats!
I had my first transplant about 10 months ago and am happy with the hairline but and seeing similar results to
You “before and after” right at the end of the video. I have also seen other people posting about a 2nd transplant. Do you just think it’s typical that it takes 2 to get it right? I have read that full results could take 18 months but I don’t see that much is gonna change in the next 8 months. 2 transplants recommended?
How many grafts was that and what did that cost? Looks great!
This is from Vera clinic Turkey👌👏🏻
Awesome results
Very good result!
just a word of caution my friend, it's super difficult to get exactly 1 mg of fin using the cutting method.
I couldn't afford it, so did this and this lead to gynecomastia and i had to have removal surgery.
my advice, stop taking it.
Phenomenal improvement.
Any sides from taking that much fin?
I also had my first HT and was in a similar situation as you were after your first - some coverage, but overall felt extremely incomplete. Really debating on getting a second and final one to cover the crown properly and fill the rest of the frontal lobes. I had about 1500 fue for the first, seemingly ill need atleast 2500 for the second. Not sure if I'll stop finastride though - my brother (who doesn't take it) has much worse hairloss than I do. The second I get off of it I know I'll lose another 50%. Unfortunately it's a lifelong situation unless I decide to just shave it all off.
I did not take finastride and never will, the side effects is worse than losing some hair 😆
I just made my HT and been told I got 3600 on my hair line and front and I was not that bad to be honest. Why they put so little in your HT? Have you done in Turkey?
@@aspalma fin has different side effects for everyone. Friend of mine had brain fog. I personally haven't experienced anything over the 3 years I've been taking it. To each his own. I had this done during covid lockdowns at a bargain price. Hence the reduced fue amount.

Why did you get a 2nd Hair transplant? Was the first one not successful?
Amazing! Beautiful outcome.
Interesting info. The thing I notice on most transplants is that the hairline just doesn't look natural. It's too bold, too straight, and too pronounced. That's what im afraid of. What methods are used to make the hairline look more "natural"?

Damn good video. I'm getting a HT later in the year. I was very curious when I could return to work. Looks like a week and half to 2 weeks.
I had mine done 2 and a half years ago. I took a week off because the swelling of the face takes a few days to diminish. Sleeping with a neck pillow elevated the first few days was rough as well. Overall the worst part was the sleep (or lack thereof) the first few days and the itchiness. Since you can't itch or scrub the first week, it drove me nuts! Overall I'm so happy with the HT.
