    I've seen some comments suggesting that the donor looks awful because of over harvesting and such. But, you know what, it looks perfectly fine if you keep sides short. Thousands times better than being bald and you look 10 years younger now 👍

      Maybe in some cases overharvesting cant be avoided. If you need a lot of grafts at the top then its a trade-off. After2HT/6640 grafts taken I am borderline overharvested already myself.

    The first hair transplant was a good starting point. The second one adding more density really helped. It seems most people with great results have more than one transplant. I've had three for a total of 5400. My third was to fix my front hairline and add density. Amazing how many grafts they did in your 2 sessions. It looks great. As long as you stay on finasteride you should be good. I take 1mg daily which is the norm by me. I was told massaging your scalp helps. I use a laser cap as well. Massive confidence booster when we have dissent heads of hair. I was so self conscious about people looking at my bald spot. Now I get compliments on my hair. Total game changer.

      Can i don't use Finasteride? my doctor told me not to use either of Fina and Minoxidil.
      I'm Norwood 4 at the age of 37, my hair loss is somehow stable now.
      I just don't wanna use any harmful medicines with side effects, the transplanted hair would remain there despite the dht? my donor allow for a snd transplant if i need one in the future.
      1st operation in 2 days, DHI 4500 grafts in one session "3000 in frontal area and 1500 to add more density to the crown"

    Hey man I work as a barber and I think if you grew out your hair more at the sides to number 4 or scissor cut brush back. This paired with a nice comb over.
    it would suit your face shape giving you a square frame and coverage for the crown and sides. This would also look good with a skin taper.
    Hair looks great by the way !

      I just got my hair transplant a few days ago in turkey and I stressed this time and time and time again and how I want the follicles to also be random and not in a line and they of course still did what I told them not to do so after surgery in order to fix the issue they just added some more random follicles to fade the line. All these hair transplants places are not trying to add hair to your hair to make it look what’s best for you, we are just a money assembly line to them unfortunately, no artistic direction to make it look natural or do things that best fit your hair color, density or age.

What i would suggest you to improve drastically the look of your hair bu making them look more full, more dense is to have a scalp micro pigmentation. Looks good. I did a FUT for my first HTP and got the front of my head done. This year I'll be going back to fill the top of my head using FUE method. Hopefully, I can get a 3rd HTP done in the following year as well to cover the temple area a little bit and maybe add more density overall if needed, but that all depends on available donor hairs.

    • @dachengliu5761
      @dachengliu5761 Рік тому

      considering HTP myself. maybe a dumb question, why couldn't we get it done in one HTP procedure but to do it multiple times? afterall, the whole cycle of doing the procedure and wait for it to grow takes like a year. Why don't people just do one time (either be it 2000 graft or 4000 graft..) And why did you chose FUT? it is true that FUT is better for people that have more severe hair loss and are thin in the donor area as well? Thank you.

    • @kevinyang367
      @kevinyang367 Рік тому

      @@dachengliu5761 multiple because the transplanted hair is not garaunteed to survive. Each individual has a certain amountnof donor hair. If one mega session is done you risk not having enough to make adjustments in the case of not enough density or too much desnsity. FUT is said to be better the first time around. It does leave a incision scar on the back of your head, but generally your hair drapes over it and it is invisible unless you cut that area really short. FUT allows you to harvest a few hundred more grafts than a FUE and is generalky cheaper to do. I chose to do FUT first to harvest more grafts because i have the Costanza hairline. They harvested 5,000 hairs and covered the frontal and top portion of my head. Its been a year since then and it looks prettys good. I do think a hairline adjustment could do wonders, but the top portion of my head needs to be addressed first. So i plan on doing that first using the FUE method. If i still have enough grafts available the following year 2024 then I'll touch up on those small areas like hairline and wanting more density in some places. Sorry I'm kind of all over the place with answers. However, it's best to chat with the doctor you wish to be in care of. 👍

      @@rat_king2801n’t listen … maybe in USA or uk etc… but in Turkey he would get these results for 5k that’s the two op’s in GBP. That be 10k + in Turkey currency. I’m having 4,600 grafts with very known good surgeon for £2,790. GBP 👍🏽

    All this video does is make me stress about my upcoming procedure. I don't wanna have to get a second transplant... plus it's costing me $20,000 AUD.

    Hey man, are you fine with having a skin fade or do you prefer to keep the hair slightly longer? I’m considering surgery but I’m scared I won’t be able to have a short side and back. Have you tried having a very high fade? Wondering if shaving off most of the donor area would make the holes less noticeable…

    You should use Hairstyling Powder, best is Got2b or Osiris, then your looks double thick, more natural and then a little bit pomade then it looks triple thick, and maybe every evening minoxidil to get better hair still, but so far lloks great

    Thanks very much for your feedback although it's difficult to realize how much of improvment there has been as you let the hair grow. But it's of course understandable :) I heard that Finasteride is efficient even with a small dose (such as 0.1mg/day) I also heard that you can smash the pill and mix it isoprpyl alcool or even minoxidil in order to make a topical finasteride and avoid some of bad effects. I have a question : Do you plan to make a transplant for the temples? this is a zone that seems unfortunatly somewhat forgotten by lots of physicist although it's very important for aestetically. maybe it's because it's a very challenging zone

    • @Arkhs
      @Arkhs Рік тому

      I think it's forgotten mostly when the area to be covered is high.

      After the first 1st procedure I didn't take anything. Only after the 2nd I took for almost a year 1mg of finasteride every 2nd day

    • @grahamlowe9124
      @grahamlowe9124 Рік тому +2

      You’ll have to use finasteride indefinitely if you want to save the non transplanted hairs it’s a well known fact I normally take 1mg per day no sides at all

    What happened with your own hair on the top? It looks like you lost all of them after the 1st transplant? I still have own hair on top and was thinking to do a transplant to get more density. But not sure if I will lose the own top hairs if I do?

    I'm curious if they add that tattoo technique for hair that I saw here in youtube, will it give density and complete transformation of the scalp even in sunlight or it will look awkward.
