I've seen some comments suggesting that the donor looks awful because of over harvesting and such. But, you know what, it looks perfectly fine if you keep sides short. Thousands times better than being bald and you look 10 years younger now 👍
Maybe in some cases overharvesting cant be avoided. If you need a lot of grafts at the top then its a trade-off. After2HT/6640 grafts taken I am borderline overharvested already myself.

The first hair transplant was a good starting point. The second one adding more density really helped. It seems most people with great results have more than one transplant. I've had three for a total of 5400. My third was to fix my front hairline and add density. Amazing how many grafts they did in your 2 sessions. It looks great. Why do the transplant hairlines always makes you look like you're wearing a hairpiece? Don't they understand how important it is to have some thinning towards the front?
I just got my hair transplant a few days ago in turkey and I stressed this time and time and time again and how I want the follicles to also be random and not in a line and they of course still did what I told them not to do so after surgery in order to fix the issue they just added some more random follicles to fade the line. All these hair transplants places are not trying to add hair to your hair to make it look what’s best for you, we are just a money assembly line to them unfortunately, no artistic direction to make it look natural or do things that best fit your hair color, density or age.
My friend your hair looks very good after the second transplant. What i would suggest you to improve drastically the look of your hair bu making them look more full, more dense is to have a scalp micro pigmentation. That will honestly improve a lot the look of the scalp and cover the over harvested look on the back and side of the head. You will not regret it 👍👌

Thanks very much for your feedback although it's difficult to realize how much of improvment there has been as you let the hair grow. But it's of course understandable :) I heard that Finasteride is efficient even with a small dose (such as 0.1mg/day) I also heard that you can smash the pill and mix it isoprpyl alcool or even minoxidil in order to make a topical finasteride and avoid some of bad effects. I have a question : Do you plan to make a transplant for the temples? this is a zone that seems unfortunatly somewhat forgotten by lots of physicist although it's very important for aestetically. maybe it's because it's a very challenging zone
Congrats my friend. I did mine just last month and I have to go the 2nd time to do the crown. I wanna ask you during the 2 years, did you take any medication?
You’ll have to use finasteride indefinitely if you want to save the non transplanted hairs it’s a well known fact I normally take 1mg per day no sides at all
What happened with your own hair on the top? It looks like you lost all of them after the 1st transplant? I still have own hair on top and was thinking to do a transplant to get more density. But not sure if I will lose the own top hairs if I do?
I'm curious if they add that tattoo technique for hair that I saw here in youtube, will it give density and complete transformation of the scalp even in sunlight or it will look awkward.

looks great man....😁
How much was everything? 2 Flights, both sessions, etc.?
You should use Hairstyling Powder, best is Got2b or Osiris, then your looks double thick, more natural and then a little bit pomade then it looks triple thick, and maybe every evening minoxidil to get better hair still, but so far lloks great
Just had my transplant done from Istanbul a 10 days ago..have 2200 grafts in this session to cover the crown area
Good luck to you!
I think it's forgotten mostly when the area to be covered is high.
I love your patience dude , good things take time.
Hi
Where did you go for the first and second OP. Have the same prob. Next year I will go for a second one.
Looks good !
Congrats my friend. I did mine just last month and I have to go the 2nd time to do the crown. I wanna ask you during the 2 years, did you take any medication?
After the first 1st procedure I didn't take anything. Only after the 2nd I took for almost a year 1mg of finasteride every 2nd day
You’ll have to use finasteride indefinitely if you want to save the non transplanted hairs it’s a well known fact I normally take 1mg per day no sides at all
looking good man !
incredible! Congratulations!
Selam saçınız çok iyi seviyeye gelmiş. 2. ekimde ilk ekimde ki mevcut saçlarınızda kayıp yaşadınız mı ?
Thanks for sharing and it looks amazing
BEAUTIFUL RESULTS
Best thing i’ve ever done
Which clinic did you go to??? Looks great
Good stuff. Would u never consider skin pigmentation to complement?
Looks amazing! Did the medication help much?
What happened with your own hair on the top? It looks like you lost all of them after the 1st transplant? I still have own hair on top and was thinking to do a transplant to get more density. But not sure if I will lose the own top hairs if I do?
The loss is temporary.
I barely lasted with one HT this dude is brave to have 2 it’s not an easy surgery for me
I'm curious if they add that tattoo technique for hair that I saw here in youtube, will it give density and complete transformation of the scalp even in sunlight or it will look awkward.
Big improvement for you! How is it 1 year on?
Hey, Could you provide clinic name and place or any recommendation where you done your transplant. Thanks
Great results!
You look great.
Congrats!
And thanks for sharing.
Consider lightening your hair for a better illusion of thickness.
