    We're lying down on the mat for this class and focusing on those beautiful abdominal muscles. To effectively activate your core, hold a neutral spine position while doing the exercises (eg. a blueberry sized space under your lower back). If you find this too hard to hold, come into an imprint spine position, which means pressing your whole spine down on the mat.
