- Hello everyone! Join me for a side lying series, which will get your glutes, hamstrings and core firing. This is a great workout for those who want a quick workout while lying down - great if you're about to go to bed! It's also good for those who are starting out on their Pilates journey, or it can be used as an add on to my other videos. No equipment needed for today, just your beautiful self and your beautiful mat. See you soon! Emma x

I really live these side lying leg workouts. Can you do more, for inner outer thighs? They are slow, but burners!

Love these. Especially the inner thigh side lying. Also, i love the floor barre for legs and the exercises on the back sissors for inner thighs.

@@belindahurry477 Wonderful, I'll get on to creating some more side lying series - they are my favourite! Single leg standing work is also great for working the glute med. Try my new Barre classes, we do quite a lot of single leg work in those. I love your side lying inner thigh outer thigh workouts, can you make more. I just like the variety and longer ones. I pair ones that are 15 to 20 minutes together for a 30 minute or more workout. I love the side king quad lifts with the hip turned out, its like a quad workout and stretch in one.
