Side Lying Series | Glute Workout with Optional Resistance Band

- Hello everyone! Join me for a Pilates side lying series focusing on strengthening and toning your glutes and legs. I'm using a resistance band for this class, but you can definitely do the class without one, you'll still feel the burn!

I did not have a band but still felt the burn. Thank you for these lying down exercises. Loved it.
