    Wow, this was amazing! I woke up in so much pain down my right shoulder blade, felt stiff, and achy. I feel so much better now! I love your voice and the birds chirping, youre very relaxing! No unnecessary talking :)

    This class felt amazing on my spine & hips! I’ve been baking over 300 cookies today, which resulted in tension in my low back. This video was exactly what I needed. Especially those side bends, which felt sooo good! 😌 Thank you, dear Candace ❤

    Hiii love ur classes the way u explain is amazing I want to do ur yoga 30 day challenge but m a nursing mom is it safe to do my weight is increasing day by day

      Thank you so much Neelam, if your doctor or health care visitor has given you the go ahead to start exercising and so long as you know you don't have Diastasis recti (if you're not sure ask the doctor to check) then the 30-day challenge will be safe for you to do. Just modify when a pose means laying flat, as it's best to avoid pressure on breastfeeding breasts. If all is good then go a head and give it a try, be extra gentle with yourself and hold back a little in stretches instead of going too deep, because the body continues to release the relaxin hormone when a mother breastfeeds so it would be very easy to pull a muscle.     Hi Candi, can't express enough how much relaxed I felt after this stretch for the first time after my delivery. Wanted to do this daily, but before that wanted to ask if I can do this as I am having diastis recti and it's been 3 months post natal. Also if you can suggest some wonderful stretches for thorasic area pain .

      Hey, this class would be fine for you to do, just watch your tummy in postures like low lunge, if you see any conning or bulging then hug your belly back even further, if it's still there then I'd recommend avoiding the pose until the next begins.
