And I am beating myself up for eating to much sugar. Instead I am going to journal the discomfort do yoga and breath. Thankyou Candi for being here for me for all these years.
I had a headache for over 24 hours, mostly due to stiff neck and shoulder pain. Was worried it was going to turn into a migraine. The shoulder and neck stretches helped immensely, and I could hear my bones cracking back into place once the muscles were relaxed. Saved me from a migraine and a trip to the chiropractor!

Hearing the birds in the background does help to relax ;-) The only thing I struggled a bit with was putting the block at its highest side in the shoulder bridge exercise. So I used the medium height but not quite the sensation I guess I should have felt. I have a very stiff and sensitive back generally speaking.

So glad you enjoyed the class, and even happier to hear you listened to your body and modified the bridge pose, it may not have felt as intense as doing the full pose but you were true to yourself and to the principles of yoga by being kind to yourself, that's a wonderful thing.
