Put it in pasta. Make garlic bread. Beat it into butter to make a compound butter for spreading it on toast. Put it on pizza. Think Italian. Wouldn't be bad in fried rice too.

While frying constantly mixing until golden brown fire should be in a low heat. After frying strain to remove excess oil and allow to cool down for atleast 5 minutes then transfer in air tight container. Fried garlic became chewy when exposing in air or it’s chewy because it didn’t fried enough to become crispy.
