Why is everyone always against overleveling? It's the fruit of your hard work, so why not reap the rewards. I personally love feeling stronger than what I probably should be.
I think it's because alot of games are set up so higher level means you win, but games like this don't work that way. I really like the stronger versions of "weak" monsters, it makes things fun even when you over there level.
I haven't really found overleveling an issue in Hard Mode. Unlike Xenoblade 2, levels do matter significantly in this game, but unless you're like 10 levels ahead, things can still easily kill you if you go on autopilot.
To actually answer the question, you only get the CP needed to unlock and rank up classes if the enemies are close to your level. If you're not within five levels, you'll get like 1 CP per fight which will make ranking up impossible until later in the gsme. Personally I just don't use banked EXP at resting spots and I haven't had any issues, I don't know how people overlevel so hard tbh.

I’m definitely going to get the Xenoblade Chronicles™️ 3 game that comes alongside with the Full Concept Artwork for XC3 but it’s very cool 😎 tho but I’ll be getting that until Fall 2022.
Personal suggestion: Turn off the minimap in settings. It doesn't make the game any easier but it always felt more fun to spot husks via the red glow they give off than by seeing it marked on the map, for example. Stumbling on quests by total accident because I didn't use the map to find them also made the adventure feel more personal. If you're trying to complete the game 100% or something then by all means, leave it on but for a first playthrough, this little change just enhanced my experience a lot
Actually i usually interlink when the character I’m playing as is about too die to not have to deal with all that especially since I like using infinity blade quite a bit so it’s worth it for me especially since they do on average 6k damage at lv 21 with my current build.
One thing about Ascension to change the ??? get a character to level 10 in that class. Preferably a character with S rank, since it's faster to get rank 10.
Been struggling with this for now. Itd be nice to switch through characters for break/burst combos but switching to a character and the art isnt ready breaks the flow and ruins plans
I never played xenoblade before, I’d like to learn more about it. But can y’all tell me your favorite part of the series? I just want to know if this is one of my next big games.

Personal Favorite is XC1. 2 is good if you're into cringe. Overall, the games' strongest attribute is the music, dialogue/writing, and exploration. It's worth playing, i guarantee you.
Yep the switch is massively outdated. The fanboys won't admit it. But a Galaxy S5 is more powerful than a brand new Switch OLED. Even their launch games have blurry graphics and massive FPS drops. Hell it plays watered down versions of 360/PS3 games.

Hard felt more tedious than challenging. Fights take much longer, your super charges slower, enemies take and deal more damage, basically unfeasible unless you're 2 or 3 levels higher than what you're fighting. I turned it off because it wasn't fun, not because it was too hard.
@@TimeSpaceWormsNowIm on chapter 5 playing the whole game in hard mode thus far. This is very true when you're at the beggining and lack options. But later in the game?? Definitely go hard. i was little confused on something in the beginning of the video. do I have to use each character to level up their class. they don’t just do it on their own an level up?
No, but you have to equip the classes on each character if you want them to level up for that character~ He was basically saying that if you really like Noah's class (as an example), whenever you are leveling up Noah's class on another character you can switch to that character instead of Noah~
Every characters class level is just for that character. Each character has an affinity for a class, which is how fast they will level up in that class. Using a character with a class will unlock that class for other characters as well. Mainly applies to hero classes but at the start some basic classes won't be unlocked as well. If you really want it unlocked a hurry, have that same class on multiple characters and doing battles will unlock it faster. But it usually doesn't take to long.
Just started yesterday playing. I never played the other games in series but from reviews and videos on game i was interested in trting this game out. Im a noob lol
Well, there's no point in giving you chain attack options, when you don't have access to chain attacks yet; that just bloats the menu, making it harder for first time players to adjust their initial settings. Spoilers might be a factor to in rare cases.
Im having trouble to unlock hero class, i already have the hero on my party and noah that equip that hero class but the other party member didn't get that class even after many battle. Anyone know why
Number 8 is not a tip/trick, it's your opinion. If there is some actual statistical downside to using the camps to level up your character (say for example, a stunt in stat growth) then that's a legitimate reason to be less gung-ho about leveling at camps. But you need to give us this reason or else it sounds like you're just injecting your opinion in a video which is meant to act informative. If you're not gonna give us an actual tactical reason to not do this and instead inject your own opinion about game difficulty, then just don't. I find it ironic that a tips and tricks video which is designed to make a complicated game more easy to digest and play, directly advises against doing something that appears to make the game easier to digest and play without giving a reason as to why that isn't a subjective opinion. The rest of these hints are actually extremely helpful but this one thing really kinda annoyed me and put me off the whole video.
