Hey Parker..Great Video..Just a question? When do you decide to consider Reman. Engine for a high mileage or problematic design? I know you can warranty your parts and labor..I always consider Blue Book Values compared to repairs..Especially GDI engines..
Why take the whole chain and timing cover off? Why not just zip tie the chain up so it doesn’t fall of the crank pulley sprocket and just take the cams out without doing more work than you need to

I did a similar repair on my 3.6 in a Dodge Caravan. 4 Cams and 24 rocker arms. 11 hours in my garage. It worked. driven 7K miles since repair.

You are right sir. Big jobs sometimes dont pay enough when compared to being able to knock out 2-3 cars in the same time frame
