Practicing any Tai Chi/Qigong form consistently can often feel like a gentle, meditative dance that revitalizes the cells of the body and sharpens the mind. This is a quick and easy Tai Chi form for beginner's. This form is perfect for a morning or evening routine.
    These basic 5 forms are:
    1. Harominze Yin & Yang
    2. Brush knee send qi
    3. Cutting a path to clarity
    4. Watching clouds pass
    5. Gather yin/yang
