    Sending the letter trough e-mail is important as it can be used as evidence if any dispute arise later. Many might know this but hope this helps for those who dont.

    There is no such notice period in the appointment letter.

    I want to resign as i have stress in my company. I said to proj manager that i have health issues but he requested me not to leave the company as i needed for the proj. Then i had to take back my resignation. But i really want to resign as i want to concentrate on my mental health for some months. I also don’t like the current TL.

    If company has no project and asking you to resign. So will they have to pay 90 days salary to employee ?

      He should resign before the probation period ends. Then there will be no notice period👍🏻

    But what if I am ready to serve notice period as co not ready to leave me early and now when extended joining date in next co. current company asking me to leave early.... In short they don't want to pay me....

    Thanks for the video. If I resign due to medical urgency and if I have a notice period of 60 days and my manager agree to relieve me within 45 days then will I get the full salary since my manager agreed for me to serve short notice?

    If an employee's doesn't serve notice period then how much salary he has to pay?. My salary comprises Basic salary-23k, personal pay- 11k,
    HRA- 11k, night shift allowance-2400 and xray certification allowance-6k. Do i have to pay whole salary or i have to pay only basic salary and HRA.
    And in my appointment letter it is mentioned that if i have to leave the company then i have to pay one month salary or serve one month notice period but now they are making me signing a letter in which the notice period is extended from 1 month to 3 months. Can they make such changes?
    Kindly tell me with reference.

    Old company ko April ko resign kiya uske 2 month ka bad new company join kiya , new company ko bi chor diya , avi purana company ka pf kasa uthaye new company 1 day kam kiya but new company ka pf account haa

    My ex-employer is refusing to issue the relieving and experience letter due to one pending payment to be received from the customer.
