I'm not able to get interview call due to 60 days of notice period, i have mentioned 30 days on job portal still not getting the job call. so can i drop the resignation without having offer letter in hand. and continue to searching the new jobs.

I am facing issue because of 90 days notice period, before interview first question is on notice period and I am unable to get any offer. I even tried and as per policy it is negotiable and it's true but they are asking like we need immediate joiner? Any guidance on how to get offer letter for 90 days of notice period candidates, I desperately wants to leave my organization because of night shift

I'm working in cognizant...I got an offer from tata Elxsi...but the joining date in October 24th...I have notice period of 90 days to serve..I have informed this to Tata elxsi...they said we will extend the date...but I don't have offer letter with an extended date... should I resign now without offfer ..will they extend surely...what should I do now?...can u please help me out from this?

what if after accepting and signing the offer letter,when we resign,our current company gives a good hike? and now you don't want to resign then? should you reject offer letter directly ? is it ok?

Hello mam, My project ended on 30-Sep-2023. I put on resignation 03-Oct-2023. I did not attend any interview till date. I am on bench now. My manger asked me i told offer letter will be soon... so am i took the right decision. Please let me know

Yesterday one company released me offer letter to join on 10oct hyderabad. So i want to drop Infosys and want to join the new company.
But now i can see that uan number is null in my company profile and Infosys relieve date is nov 4. But my new company joining is on oct 10. Can i join the new company so that they will create a new uan again?
No issue for me if Infosys takes 1 Or 2 months to relieve me as they haven't generated uan number for me so BGV check will not be issue for the new company am i correct?

You have to serve notice period otherwise it will be against the company policies, you have to ask your new employer to give some time to join because you have notice period to serve
