- In this workout we're going to be moving around a bit, mixing up cardio moves with core exercises. We'll be doing each exercise twice, trying to push even harder on that second set and beat our effort from the first. Let me know if you like this workout and tell me how you got on in the comments.
10 exercises | Repeat each exercise twice | 40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest

If I did one of your 20 mins HIIT a day is that enough exercise or do I need to be doing other things too? Like is this all you would do in your day? Love your videos Joe!!! its so easy for me to workout at home when i don't have time to get out to the gym!
He definitely does more than just this in the day e.g weight training. As long as you don't eat too much, then this can be enough cardio for the day but ideally you should do more.
20 minuted is only the minimum you should be training. If you are a beginner it should be fine but it you are more advanced more cardio, weight training, etc would be recommended

+Wahida Hamid do you see the benefits. I ask because, I have done it but I stopped seeing results. The HIIT workout she doesn't on there and her bod is amazeballs lol. ;-)
Janine Kazmi yes I have seen results. I have stuck to it 5 HIITS a week and have 2 rest days. I do 3 high intense and 1 low impact. But yesterday my lower back has started to pain. Seems like a trapped or pinched nerve so I'll do a low impact today.

Janine Kazmi I do 4 workouts of the same HITT per week - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday . i then change my workout for the next week. I'm very happy with the results.
Stupid question to Joe or anyone who might be able to answer............Are the video screen shots colour coded for different levels or not??? Like blue for low impact & red for the experts?
Jacquie Woodburn from what I can see.. Orange- instructional videos, dark blue- 25 min workouts, green - 20 min workouts and light blue - 15 min workouts!

Challenging workout even for more advanced - doing the same exercise in succession makes this extra intense!
First ever body coach workout and with your motivation and my drive I pushed it too my limits. Fantastic. Last June I had microdiscetomy and nerve decompression surgery on my lumber region and I'm so pleased that I had no issues with this workout. I am aware of when to and not to push too hard but do you have any advise on ways to increase lower back strength and stability?

Going to incorporate that into my workout. Will do it 3 times a week, that sounds reasonable.
Really enjoy this one. At that stage where I no longer class myself as a beginner so this pushed me more.

Did it the garden and managed to do some weeding in the intervals,!!!! Small achievements.

I've been doing Joe's workouts for a while and found this one of the hardest so far, really struggled!
Loved loved loved this workout, did it in the tiniest area of floor in my uni room and it left me so so sweaty ahahah
really liked that one! Come on Florida body we can do it!

Great workout again, 4th week in and I can feel myself getting way much fitter!
Squeezed this in before work this morning because of an overindulgent BBBQ yesterday, loved it. 20 mins 180 cals burned and average heart rate of 146!
I gave this another go. The star jumps are tough on the calves, I thought cramp was going to set in! But it’s a great workout and passé by fast after the first 10 moves. Thanks so much Joe x

I bought your DVD just after Christmas and it's been brilliant. Seeing results already. I'm following the food plans in the books too. However, just started to have severe knee pain after moving from level 1 to level 2. Any suggestions about what leg shaping exercises I can do without putting pressure on my knees?? Looks like I'm going to have to leave out any lunges/squats and maybe even the truffle shuffles!! :((
Hannah Jacks do the easy on knees workouts and ice knees, modify when you can, let knees rest, no point in getting injured.
That was really good! Kept me on my toes and no burpies!!!!
Thought that second to last one was gonna be burpees! Pleasant suprise!
