liked the different exercises but would have been helpful to know when to start, I thought you were demonstrating, then realised you had started!!
I liked it too but felt exactly the same; otherwise perfect :)
I really like the HIIT sessions with a different exercise each time, the variety makes it go faster.
Loved this workout but would be helpful if you said "go" and "stop" each time as without the timer it isn't clear when to start and stop each exercise.
Love this work. The variety of exercises makes the time go so quick!
I love the setting of this one. I toned down a couple as I’m still recovering and getting my fitness back. I’m pleased I managed 40/20. Thanks Joe for helping me to feel happy x

Keep coming back to this as it’s an absolute classic!
Nice selection of exercises and the background is pleasantly diverting. Be warned that sometimes what looks like a demo is actually the start of an exercise - they're very hard to spot otherwise. If you move when Joe moves you won't miss much!
And the double arm reach up, grab something and smash it on alternate knees is a good alternative to tuck jumps for those who shouldn't be doing super high impact. 😀
His sessions have seriously improved from here! Thanks Joe!

after the 20 seconds break as not quite clearly announced.

abyss twothousandtwo yeah I agree, love the hiit vids but when he doesn't say what the next exercise is until the 40 seconds starts again, you end up missing 10 seconds of the exercise as you're not sure whether he's just giving an example or that the twenty seconds break is actually up :-/

I’ve been doing low impact as I have painful feet but decided to go for it today with this one. I swapped out the tuck jumps for squats. It’s a great work out! As always thanks so much Joe x

Great 20 minute workout - I combined it with some kettlebell and extra abs work. I love these ones with different exercise as it keeps the mind active with it; too repetitious I find begins to affect my performance. Only thing I will say is that like quite a few others, it seems, I kept thinking something was a demonstration and not the actual 40 seconds, and had to keep backing up to get them all in!! :)

I always check the time after a few exercises. It's so disappointing if just two or three minutes were gone 😂😁 But I never quit 😋 Now I did your workouts for more than a half year and it's amazing to see results! 💪

I agree with the comments about knowing when to start but I set up my own timer. I like this one but it did have my top 3 most hated moves - squat jump, mountain climbers and tuck jumps 🤦🏼♀️. Thanks so much Joe x

Hahahahaha "Im sweating my nuts off!" Love it. God that was hard. I was already dying at knee tucks, the burps were too much, my arms were collapsing with lactic acid!! SO good- love the BURRRNNNNN... Will use my timer too to here beeps as miss beginning of work outs with you -wasnt sure if time had started or you were demonstrating.

I just knew at halfway when he did the burpee’s that was not going to be the last time we were going to do it. Great for a Saturday morning ❤
It's impossible to tell where the demonstration ends and the exercise starts on lots of these moves

Hey Joe. Wonderful workout in Canada 🇨🇦 I have been and done Nigaria Falls with my parents when I was a child I think. Possibly would have liked your time beeper as I didn’t know when it was on and when it was a break etc. lol 😂 it’s probably me hehehe! Love your workouts videos as always and so enjoy your world 🌍 workouts now due to the fact can’t travel as Covid restrictions etc.

Done this for the 1st time this morning, lasted to exercise 17 then collapsed in a heap on the floor!!! Great workout though. 👍💪🏻💪🏻
