Two things I gotta say. If you complain that these or the Pi7s don’t get loud enough, you have hearing loss and expect these companies to compensate for that. It’s not their fault that you blew out your ears. 😬 Next, these are $400 because they are from an experienced and famous sound company who makes and sells high quality “luxury” sound equipment. These aren’t for people who can’t spend a lot on sound equipment…. 🤷♂️ These are for people who can afford the price tag who also enjoy B&Os sound stage. Loved the video btw!
I bought them and returned them within the 14 Days trial. They are very big and not so comfortable to wear for a long time. A lot of battery drain issues in the right bud in comparison to the left side. Sound quality is not as good as B&W Pi7. I decided to keep the Pi7
The PI7 have very bad battery life though. I sent them back quickly after I bought them and for various reasons actually. No EQ whatsoever, no option to toggle transparency mode without using the app, mediocre ANC, an inconsistent Bluetooth range, no volume control on the buds, a fairly big case and bad battery life simply are not worth 400€, even though they sounded good of course.
@@MisterFDF I swear the bang and olufsen EQ right earbud has died in less than an hour and the left one had 85% left. Like WTF! Pi7 doesn't need EQ because it sounds the best right out of the box. Battery life is at least stable like they mentioned (4 hours). Build quality is good too. Their app is shitty but I don't need it anyway
@@rashedali7618 Sound is a very subjective thing. There is no one sound that suits us all. I found the PI7 too bassy, so for me an EQ would have been nice. Besides, having an EQ is always better than not having one, especially at a price point like that. 4 hours battery life may be sufficient for most people but wait until that battery degrades after 1 to 2 years (and it will!). Just wondering, did you have the dolby atmos turned on on your phone while doing this sound test? Cuz that's gonna make it more bass heavy and surround you know.
Hey @New Stuff TV! As a sound guy, I've been deciding to try to find the best True Wireless Earbuds. I've been wanting to get the Sennheiser Momentum 2TWS, but it looks like we have another contender, at least for me. Which one would you say sounds better, the Senny's or these? Also have you tried the High-End Sound Tuning on the Sennheisers? I heard that it makes the sound quality more like an IEM, and it just makes everything crispier. Thanks again!
I had to return mine. They don’t fit as securely as the Sony’s m4s. They did sound better though. However, they weren’t very loud. I had to crank them nearly to the highest level to match the Sony’s 60% volume level.
The headset I bought uses the Qualcomm QCC5151 chip with Aptx Adaptive support and can go up to 24bit/96kHz using Snapdragon Sound technology. Is this codec the best in terms of sound quality?
For sound, ANC and single bud use I choose B&O. Sennheiser wins for the controls. Hopefully B&O updates and adds track controls, after that, they easily become my every day buds.
