HERE IS SCIENCE BEHIND IT:
Compressing/pressurising air with saliva in your mouth and then instantly removing that pressure turns the water in your salaiva into fog.
TIPS FOR BETTER FOG:
1: Just compress air in your mouth with a bit more saliva, hold that pressure for two to three seconds and then open your mouth and you will get better fog.
2: You don't need to move your mouth that many times, once is enough to make fog 😂

(Don't breath the whole time when you're doing it.) Then you release by blowing in a upward position VERY AND I MEAN VERY GENTLY. ( all of this should be done one after the other with no waiting time ) ( note do not do it to fast or to slow or else the vapor will disappear or it will be so fast the vapor wont be able to form )
