Love you videos man, wish I could convert my Tacoma like you. Very impressive. Have had my Tacoma since I was a senior in high school.
Happy Birthday! Great Intro!!!
Thank you! The intro turned out pretty good!
Did the spacers fit over the hubs when you did 4x4
About to install them on my 02 tundra!
Looks great! Are you still running those spacers? I plan on getting them and i am wondering how ur experience with them so far… thanks in advance.
Thanks man! They have been great, no problems at all and I've wheeled and towed with them
How does it ride with those spacers on? I have an 04 tacoma 4x4 with 265 km3's on stock wheels and am thinking of slapping these spacers on. Do you think it was a good choice?
I've had them on for a few years now and they have been great, it drives fine and I wheel it often and haven't had any issues with them
Did you regear it???
It's been a year, how are the wheel spacers holding up?
No problems at all, I check them when I rotate the tires about ever 5k miles and have never had one loosen up yet. I've towed, went off road a bunch and daily it, so far so good!
Awesome vid, nice birthday gift! I have a 04 tacoma prerunner as well sitting on a 3" lift, debating between 285 vs 275 tires but I was worried that they might rub, what tire size are you running?
Did you use the lugnuts that came with the kit or had to buy ET lugs?
Any updates?
So far so good, they definitely help when towing our atvs on our trailer. They are still holding up well and I'm glad that I did it!
Do you know the warranty info on spider trax spacers?
Did the hub dials fit? Want these spacers and I have manual hubs already
Unfortunately the spacers hit the studs on the lockouts but I think with a little but of work they can be made to work. I'm going to try it soon
@@CRACKEDHOUSINGFAB I wonder if the front would fit with 1.5”, to help clear the studs
So I just got off the phone with the guy at 4wp and apparently the WHS007 1.25" is for 2nd gen tacomas? and 1st gens use the 1.5" could that may have been an issue with the studs no Clearing the hub?
@@ricardodiaz8512 IS IT RICARDO! I NEED TO KNOW! PLEASE!!!
I just installed, I have 265/75/16 tires, they are rubbing while turning! I was wondering if you have any leveling spacers installed? Or what is the sizes or your tire?
They look badass thou
Love the new intro!
Thanks!!
Are you going to put 5100s in the front?
I would like to, I have a leveling kit it the front right now.
Gutentieht? Thought this was a yota not a vw? Lmao
🤣 took me a few days to get this haha
On changing the rotation on the tires they need to cross rotate, fyi
Why TF would you put wheel spacers on anything? They are a temporary band aid at best, and then used only when absolutely necessary.
YES, they look 'cool'. The reason they look cool is that they make a wheel look deeper or the suspension appear to have longer A arms. It does nothing to improve performance and actually decreases performance and makes your suspension weaker.
Adding a spacer increases the offset load on the wheel bearings, dramatically increasing wear and increasing the likelihood of having a bearing fail from a hard hit. In the middle of nowhere.
Do yourself a favor and gain the knowledge and then spend the time and money to do it right in the first place by fabricating a suspension with longer A arms, or installing one of the many engineered systems with them that you can buy and bolt on.
