@@clawlor777 cultural differences are to be celebrated, but thats all that is..we are one, all of humanity, learn your history, the human history, the history of the earth, the solar system, the native american culture was more in tune with this than any other culture i know of. Sucks "civilized" society was welcomed in with open arms to then rob and kill the native culture

I live in Montana and one day we had a guest speaker at my high school. He was a Crow singer. I was happy when he started singing, but I looked around and realized that all of the other students were just pointing and laughing at him. It was, and still is so upsetting to me, because all of my native family members passed away and I never had the opportunity to learn about my culture. It really sucks, but now I can watch you videos and feel like I'm apart of something

I am a painter in montana. I'm white, but my heart is red. I grew up on the rez, and there is no prayer like the prayer of native american dancers, praying with their whole body an being. the definition of sweat blood and tears turned into beauty and love. God calls people like you, there is much love in what you do. And the world is waching, Go get them Bless you my friend.

My distant ancestors were tribal and my very recent ancestors were emigrants fleeing injustice and oppression. In coming to this country they were faced with prejudice and hate crimes. I have European ancestry ... you are dancing for us ALL. I am now an “elder” and thank you for what you are doing for the youth. Blessings ... Aho.

Bro, I'm Arawakan Taino. I was raised Puerto Rican. I also used to be apart of the legendary Floor Lords Crew. Being a Bboy I never liked dancing for money or gimicks. I really related so much to the words and wisdom in this video. Thank you. Arawakan Tainos, Puerto Ricans were the originators of Break dancing. I know this because the Incredible Breakers are my family. Thank you brother for this video. My uncles were born in the Bronx and in the 70's and 60's and before the government did not offer help to the Blacks and Hispanics residing there. But with there ancient warrior spirits, they created Bboying aka Break dancing and Hip Hop. It became an outlet to cope with poverty and struggle. One love to all Indigenous and Aboriginal peoples. Same struggle, same spirit.

I know that our culture kept me away from all of the drugs and alcohol I loved dancing and going to our ceremonies.I used to attend the peyote meetings with my uncle and the sweat lodges . I left the reservation many years ago but I always stay in touch with my heritage and I always say that when this big crazy world becomes overwhelming I go a powwow somewhere and just being with my people and the drumming and the songs especially a good ok powwow song makes me ok again, our culture is definitely who we are and my experience is one of empowerment and pride of who we are as native people, I love who we are despite the bad I know the bad to but like you said when you understand the dynamics of the past then you can empathise and understand us as a people. You are a beautiful soul and I as many truly appreciate who you are, aho my brother!

I saw Supaman at the Butte Festival this year, and now regularly listen to his "Illuminatives" album. I can't wait for more people to discover him. His compelling participatory live performance and style go way beyond hip hop and even music itself. Entertaining, inspiring, empowering, and yet, inclusive... This is the kind of emerging voice that the current music scene really needs to push forward! I often listen to "Itchick", and it's hard to describe the peace and inspiration this song brings to my mind.

You know young Brother that I per say am not a Hip Hop/ Rap fan but you mix the 2 world's of young and old in a Good Way. 1 day you will be close enough for me to see your show. Shooting Stars travel past many places and you never know where or for how long you will be at any 1 place. You can plan but HE will change those plans if HE needs to. Sometimes you will not plan BUT then HE will put you there. No matter where you are just keep doing what it is YOU do Inspiring.

Mad love and respect to you, my brother from another mother. Your music has lifted my soul many a times from the darkest recesses of my mind and with a broken heart on the edge of the abyss. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul, for your messages of hope, of compassion, of love; for they bolster my own efforts to continue my own struggle through LIFE and help change this world for the better in every way I can. Bless you brother.

I'm so proud to be "native" and be able to say it out loud and teach my grands that...he shares this land with so many. Being native or indigenous..comes with so many things. We are one nation. Let us dance...togther. Let the ancestors guide us.

I love Supaman and all he is doing. His dancing, his rap, his music, his message. It's heart changing. I grew up in New Mexico and many of my friends were Hopi, Isleta, Navajo and I grew up loving the Native American cultures and foods, music, prayers, spirituality. I love them so much. I feel a connection. I then met my Metis husband and had a 23 year marriage with a beautiful soul until he went home to be with our Creator. I know I will see him again. I love people who connect us all together through love, care, compassion, understanding, acceptance. Peace.

Your music helped me get out of a dark place in 2017... I was addicted to meth and heroin, alcohol... I didn't see anyone sharing anything good and I was losing hope in the world and in myself... your singing, speaking, dancing and the positivity you shared helped me get a second wind. I don't know my roots, my family is all adopted but I have always felt a strong connection to the tribes here in Appalachia where I live... I have helped fight for rights of natives, as a teen I was protesting against land agreements being violated by the local governments in the area, I always go to the local pow wows... its just always felt like home, so to see you and hear the things you said about healing really opened my eyes, and after some getting up and falling down I have 3 years and 7 months clean... I still listen to your music, and when I feel those dark clouds beginning to surround me I get reminded that I'm not fighting the fight alone against the darkness in this world. Thank you for all you do.

I am learning to accept the strength of my ancestors after years of living in generational trauma. When I was growing up we were taught to fit in. That exposing my maternal Native ancestry, or that of my Italian immigrant father would make our lives harder. Now I call on the power of my ancestors to heal from trauma. Thank you for your words. I am very lucky to still have my mother to teach me and to have shed myself of the manufactured shame that kept me from being or knowing who I am. I embrace you.

THIS is the kind of thing Indians need to get their self respect back!! We can't legislate or buy hope, self respect, initiative, etc. It MUST be done though things like this. I've been to Pine Ridge Reservation and seen the despair, it's GOOD to see this positivity.
I wish you success, and I thank you for what you do for your people Supaman.
