Seeing Native people prosper gives me hope for my Hmong culture. It’s a very unique experience, being from a culture that is slowly fading in America. Our ways, language, community is hanging by a thread. But thanks for giving me something to smile about today!

As a native person, I now have more Hmong relatives than indigenous. In my culture, when we marry, we accept the whole family as if they were blood relatives. I now have relatives who are Hmong, Korean, Jamaican, and even a couple of white men. They become a part of us, and we grow stronger. We keep each other's culture and traditions alive.
I hope you can do the same with your family. We can all help to keep our histories from fading.

Then grab your people together and don't let it fade. So many have your backs. I'm a biracial Canadian woman. Watching the news and the amount of bodies being found on grounds of old residential schools makes me stomach sick. You got alot of sisters and brothers up here fed up with white politics and government. Enough of corruption guns, drugs, trafficking, racism. If all aboriginal peoples came together with their allies they could take everything back that's theirs.

@@southernweather25 In the later days of the great American genocide, there was a Lakota elder who prophesied, "After 7 generations in close contact with the white people, the time will come when native men and women will see the trees die, the animals be born deformed and a big monster in the shape of a black snake slither out of the bowels of the earth and transform the rivers in tides of fire.”
The prophecy goes on to say that in this time, the seventh generation from that of the speaker will be born in this land, descended from every tribe and nation on the earth. "Two-spirit" is a modern invention of White colonial postmodern academia.
It's a term that is the product of and that is propagated primarily by poisonous, White-dominated, insane postmodern, ivory tower intelligentsia.
These people are not our friends.
The white-dominated intelligentsia are not our allies.
They do not want the end of postmodern capitalist society. They revel in it and love the conveniences and luxuries it brings them, just like you.
      Y'all don't really want revolution.
Y'all want to virtue signal on social media.
Stop using the language and terms of the White intelligentsia. Stop adopting their thinking and worldviews. The ancient ways are better.
Do you actually believe in the creator and spirits our ancestors believed in or are you also a materialist science absolutist atheist like the white intelligentsia?

I agree man we also need to realize no matter how different we are from one another weathwr it be race language, culture , mental health or ideology, we are all one global family/community and once you get your local community uplifted and stable you should try to do the same for others, spread love and always be humble and kind, no single person, race or religion is superior to all the others, everything and everyone has it's good and bad attributes and that's ok as long as we work together for the greater good of our ecosystem and emotional and physical well-being, but humanity's so lost in technology rn its scary, we've been so distracted/ drugged by instant digital entertainment that we're losing the ability to think in longform wich is a major turn in the wrong direction for humanity, hopefully as things get worse we will wise up and take our responsibility more serious, we also need to make corporations responsible for their actions and have a total reform of government corporation relations , like we need to get rid of lobbyist and If you Wana be a politician your not allowed to be worth more then 1.2 million dollars until your retired for good maybe? Politicians should have sacrifice for the greater good instead of benefit off the over all bad
