Waiting is not an issue bro...but think abt from builder perspective , i believe it will come around 450 apt do u think he will spend that much amt again to solve this issue instead he will he 25% to govt official and escape.....it isbnot hurt or spoil the people positive mood. But many such issue put into hold by govt itself no resolution so far . Try to get money even if it is less and come out

ECR14 in ECR please check that as well, I had to sell my apartment 25 lakhs lesser because all the buyers knew the builder occupied annatheenam land except me. I could not even pay the property tax because of this.
