Easily make your own gravlax/ graved lachs - incredibly delicious recipe

You can easily cure graved salmon yourself. This way of preparing salmon makes the salmon buttery, tender and incredibly tasty. Graved Lax is an appetizer that will delight your guests. The preparation is quick and then the salmon only has to ferment in the fridge for 3 days. No smoking or cooking and no smoky taste.
