I see nothing wrong with it. The universe made us all different and unique. One way isn’t the best unless you think it is and you feel you are not thriving. The night is quiet and peaceful not to mention it has it own beauties. I’m almost 60 and I can’t and won’t try to change for others anymore. Just my 2¢

Don't know how you do it lol. We are completely the opposite. I sleep around 9 pm and wake up around 6 am. When I wake up I am like a cartoon on redbull 😂
@@TracyD2 you don't have to change for others - this is definitely not the best reason for a change. but the Creation has its structure and the human system can benefit a lot from this kind of lifestyle. i don't agree on the fact that we have to sleep 7-8 hrs per day, though. but she didn't say it has to be so. waking up before the sunrise is definitely a great way to improve one's experience of life.

Your morning routine is exquisite. Definitely goals for me, I do yoga/breathwork pretty much every day, but it's usually in the early afternoon (around when I'm actually awake). The last time I was awake at 5 AM, it was on a Las Vegas hotel rooftop with a spliff in my hand 😂 Just winding down from the night.
this is perfect timing! I bought a yoga mat today extra thick because chronic pain and this was just the motivation I needed to definitely start my routine of "workout". I'm not allowed to do actual workout as I have heart problems but a light one should do
yesss I love waking up early. when I was working I could naturally wake up at 4 am. now that I don't have anywhere to be I sleep in until 7. I think I have to start setting an alarm. I love love the peace of the morning.
I'm making the most of an easy going sahm right now. My daughter is 1 and sleeps through the night and sleeps in 😍 before she came into my life I used to get up at 3am to start 4.30am shift 😅 so the early wakings have been lovely!! I still work but only do 7pm till 11pm 4 days a week love it!!

Can you do a video how you deal with the sweaty hair after workouts ?
I currently exercise about five times a week. So it's very difficult to go almost a week without washing hair. Can you share with us your tips and hacks for sweaty hair??
I would be interested in this as well. I suffer from eczema on my scalp and when I tried to stretch washes, it was painful and took a while to get my scalp happy again.
Same frequency of workout here ! I manage to wash my hair only 3 -2 times a week using dry shampoo that contains natural products (i.e starch, essential oils) When it is only light sweat is does the job !

I love this! I have to say, I do miss horse shows because we have to be out of the barn by 5am some mornings, and there is something magical watching the sun rise. Even in the winter, when the snow is on the ground and we are cold, I love seeing the sun come up and set the land all sparkled. The cold fresh air is a good wake up call, that’s for sure!
I tend to meditate at night, but I often fall asleep :D

Oh neat my friend was doing work for Beautifly and gave me a whole kit of free products last year. It’s good stuff :)
I use to stay up all night and gone to sleep when everyone starts to wake up ......it started from 2011 and it became worse in 2017....my health started to go down .... migraine pain became worst ..... 26 days continuous pain .... sometimes less, sometimes unbearable..... didn't know what to do.....started medication....med made me sleep....so no pain for those times then again the same....I started to call migraine as my faithful friend who doesn't leave me for a moment. Every time I carried 1000mg pain killer as SOS.
But 6 month ago my 18 year old son changed my life style. He woke me up at 4 o clock in the morning then go for a run.....gosh after several days my overall health started to change....my migraine come but if I am stressed enough, even my eyesight improved... now I don't need my spectate.
Yes waking up early in the morning has it's own benefits.

So, obviously I'm not Holistic Habits, but I think the main thing is that you need to pay attention to getting in enough vegetables, particularly the non starchy kind. You can eat starchy veg in moderation, e.g sweet potato and pumpkin. They taste good and are loaded with antioxidants. Get enough protein in for your needs, whether it's plant protein or animal-based. Eat healthy fat like olive oil and avocado. There are lots of free calculators online, but of course if you can go to a registered dietician that would be best. Please note that I'm not a doctor, so go see one if you want to make radical dietary changes. I just speak from personal research and experience :)

What time do you go to sleep? I've been having so much trouble getting out of bed lately, and then I beat myself up. But I have been sleeping on the floor for over a month, due to needing a new mattress and haven't got one yet. (can't afford birch, unfortunately). I WANT to get up early, 5am is fine, but getting there is the problem. And if I ever go to sleep before 1030 ish PM I always wake up in the middle of the night 😭
