I always brush olive oil on the tortillas. Once on 'Chopped', a cook was chopped for serving a tortilla with nothing being done to it. Seriously, there is no link. It just says there is one...but no one put one in that I can see. I found it...it's not a link to see...it's under 'i'' in the upper right hand corner.

With a giant cup of coffee! That salsa looks awesome. Soy chorizo is surprisingly good and not as spicy as pork or beef chorizo. I like all three but soy chorizo is my favorite for tacos and burritos. I scramble the egg in the chorizo, my sis prefers dicing potatoes for it. And making some frybread! It is too fantastic!
Not gonna lie - I was a bit disappointed you didn't make the tortillas yourself! They're so easy and quick. No worries though! Thank you for another cheerful video.
You breakfast taco look so tasty. Have you tried making fresh corn tortillas and using queso freso for your cheese? Freshly made tortillas make a good taco a great taco. :) My Mexican friends told me I can to Mexico now and get married since I can make a perfect tortilla. :) Glad I found your cooking channel, lots of good recipes.
Sometimes for breakfast or even dinner, I make a BLT sandwich with a fried egg and avocado. Or I make a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, cheese, and all the good stuff!

Hi Natasha! Great video. You should try, once the chorizo is ready pour the eggs and start mixing/stirring. So you can have huevo con chorizo mix. But the way you did, also it is a great idea so everyone can put whatever it wants.
My only change would be the slightly larger tortilla - the little taco ones get filled up fast (or make everything fall out)....PS breaky/lunch/dinner/late night - BEST THING!

That is exactly how I make my scrambled eggs minus the milk. Butter is a must plus constant stirring. My family loves my eggs. My dad used to make homemade biscuits then he would microwave the eggs!! I never liked his eggs lol 😂

Microwaved eggs are great in Breakfast Burritos they're puffy and add to the shape and bulk of a Burrito.
Natasha they both look beautiful and delicious. I use chorizo in Spanish bean soup. So yes I love it. Sharkey was trying for a raw egg. ❤❤😮
