You can enter if you’re outside the country if you’re willing to pay shipping. Let me know which model you’re most interested in (though I’ll just randomly select who wins what). This is a video I’ve been wanted to do for awhile (but my dog keeps getting ahold of my Koss headphones). I was able to finally get all the models together for listening and comparing. In this video I go through the headphones linked below (some affiliate), give some quick sound and build impressions and then let you know what my rankings are and why.

#1: KPH40: best laid back / all-around need - love the build, but I needed the donut pads for comfort and to move the driver away from my ear a bit.

Cool comparison, I've bever tried Koss headphones, but always wanted to see what the hype was about. My first pick based on your reccomendation would be the kph40, and then the ksc75. Happy new year!

Kicking off the year with some Koss! This is great!
Love the KSC75 with those doughnut pads and retrospekt band! Been rocking them (and many of these combinations) for a while. Definitely my favourite for portable use. But KSC75 with Porta Pro headband is also a nice combo for a different outfit.
I've also taken to cutting a 2.2cm diameter hole into Yaxi pads to get the best both worlds between the doughnut pads and Yaxis.
Ranking would be
1. Ksc75 with doughnut or Yaxis with hole and retrospekt or porta pro headband
2. Kph40
3. Kph30i clear
4 Porta Pros stock
BUT
kph30i with Geekria G Cush pads is by far the ultimate combination for sound... Just not one I'd use outdoors

I would love to try the KPH30i in Clear. My favourite Koss ranking is KSC75 (Yaxi/PP headband), Porta Pro (KSC75 earclips), KTXPro1 (stock). However, I am starting to dislike the KSC75 earclips so maybe... the PP headband feels better.
I can’t believe these things are still sold out.
(I guess I’ll take any of them to be honest if I win 😀 can’t know without trying it)
I just got a 2.5 balanced cable for my KPH40 And wow the difference in sound quality is AweSomeNess PerSoNiFied

I'd honestly be happy with anything! Though, if I were to pick the one I'm most interested it, it's the KPH40s. And, I'm in Southwestern Canada and will totally pay the shipping cost.

In my opinion Koss Porta Pro are very good and comfortable headphones. There are no better at this price. I've been using them for two years.

The KPH30i Needs A Utility Series So I Can Use My 2.5 BALANCED CABLE Which Has Made My KPH40 Sound So Much Better .
Thanks for the honest review. I bought Retrospect because of the design, they look great but sound terrible. As a result, replacing the drivers with Porta Pro. Now, after your review, I will definitely try KPH40.

Some have said try the retro with retro music
I suppose if old headphones were muddy and not well defined then they might hit a nostalgic chord.

Nice video! Koss is a nice way in the US to get into audio. I heard the KPH30 and liked it, but the comfort was kind of a no-no to me. Curious to hear either the KPH40 or the KSC75. Happy new year and good luck to everybody.

I broke the headband on my first set of KPH 40 and am highly considering getting a set of Retrospekt just for the headband...

@@aravindvinayakan lol same. I slept with my 40s and broke the clip that holds the right ear cup. Just coped a retrospekt for the headband 😂
In a few days I will have the Retrospekts. I have been using PortaPros for a long time and really enjoy them, so I assumed these will sound quite similar, but just with a more retro design. With shipping and taxes / customs declarations these costed 60-70 Euro, let’s just hope it’s at least somewhat acceptable.
Thanks for the great video! If I could participate I would pick the retrospekt to have a headband for my ksc75, but I don't live in the US.
I wonder if they have changed the design because my Koss Retrospekt headphones are not that terrible... granted i bought them for the look and the band but they are way better than generic headphones and better than Sony MDR-EX155LP's which are $23 earbuds with a very wide (4-24 Khz) range. I will probably get some KPH40's but I don't think i'll hate my retrospekt cans as a result.
I like over the ear headphones so I have Koss R80 headphones.
just got some kph30is and as far as I can tell they're better than anything I've ever seen. of course there has to be a better sounding pair of headphones out there but not by much

Heyy! Would you still consider sending out your porta pro’s despite your dog playing with them a bit? I’m looking into purchasing a pair and I’m on a budget rn so would love to get them either way!
Honestly, I don’t think they are worth me sending. You can grab them on Amazon for $30 right now, I believe.

I’m not really sure about these things. There are a lot of portable dongle Dacs out there from what I’m seeing. I’m not sure if it’s all a scam or if the regular $10 adapters cover everything. Any thoughts?

I love my Porta Pros when you EQ them properly, i would love the Kph 40 but sold out everywhere I haven't tried the Retrospekt but the headband is nice.
